Guitars we're nice but the service sucked they are more than willing to ask are you doing okay today is there any thing I can help you with when I asked about the instructional books for drum's noone knew where they was located. I located the and let the two employees who couldn't find them where they were located. I was fine with this but my husband was looking at a guitar that was used when asked about how we were we told him we was interested in the guitar and to the guys credit he mentioned that he had the same one brand new that was on sale we appreciated the heads up and went to try the new guitar although the price difference between the two was 30 bucks we decided to go with the used one because my husband liked the way it felt.This employee wasted no time wanting to know why? He was wanting an explanation generously my husband told him it feels better the guy said so you don't want to get the new one huh this gentleman is dealing with musicians for a living he should know that what feels best for the customer is good practice for repeat business but the guy kept pushing we was ready to check out the guy scanned the price tag and asked us if we could wait for just a minute while we're standing waiting he went and gathered a couple employees they snicker and whisper as the 3 look at the monitor we look at the guy waiting to know what the problem then he asked us to again wait then he went to the storage area to tell other employees after the problem was the guitar was ringing up different than what was shown it was more expensive my husband said no way then the guy said I think it will be cheaper I'll check finally he got the tag that had was correct which has been attached to the guitar the whole time it was obvious he didn't want to enter the product number in after doing what he should have done in the first place the guy gave us a total without any more information about the problem the caused the 15 minutes wait he wasn't friendly at all after we decided to go with a the guitar that was right for us and stopped communicating with us.
