DONT SELL WITH THEM. I have always sold with them over the years and have always presented with good quality clothes (Nike, polo, Disney, etc) this is the last time I will be selling or buying from OUAC. Gave them 8 bags of clothes to buy which included very lightly used polo boots, 2 jordans and tons of baby shoes including keds. Clothes were not old or worn down. And after 405 items they bought they gave me 206 for it. So basically you bought every item s for .50 cents or less let's not forget the diaper genie too. I couldn't believe it but last time with 215 items i got 350 back. Which those items was not as good quality as those so long story short they will under pay you to double charge someone else when it's convenientfor them. I know those polo boots are going to be put on the shelf for at least 20.00 and probably only bought it from me for 1.00. Respectfully lost a loyal customer. I know I should have gotten back at least 300 for what yal bought but lesson learned.
Update: to ouac that's was not the problem that you didn't buy every item I brought the fact that you did buy 405 items and paid me 206 for all of that question how you all price items because that would mean you bought every item for .50 cents. And you are correct but unfortunately when I brought to employees attention they couldn't even explain why I was only given that amount so this is false to what you are claiming and yes I could have took my clothes back but unfortunately with 405 items no one remembers exactly what was given to you and having to pick my stuff up the next day complicated things.. So sad to say this is not solving my issue and I still stand on my statement and wish you all would do better with being reasonable with what you offer people because .50 cent per item and for what I described I brought in. Anybody reading this know this is not resonable but to each its own. But I refuse to accept that statement like I brought in all walmart brand clothes. You guys know what brought in and it's sad yal do your loyal customer like this. I don't support business who are shady the facts are not...
Read moreI've been a shopper since Oct 2003. It started with the pregnancy of my first baby. I have seen at least 200 HUNDRED employees come and go. I was very skeptical of a new store opening on st Charles Rock Rd....I just knew the prices would be higher, the customer service would be boogie🤣 and the customers would be a pain..... ABSOLUTELY the opposite has happened. If you want the friendliest employees STOP HERE. The customer service is personable. They remember your kids sizes, what items you were looking for last time you were in, they truly build a relationship with us...the customer. Remember, I've been shopping at OUAC for 20 solid years. Ive had my share of experiences....This is the store that you will find the cheapest prices compared to all the other locations within this district and outside the district. I will say, In my opinion, parents need to understand that allowing your children to play with the toys that's not packaged is cool, but if parents just stop allowing their kids to open up packages and not clean up behind themselves, you can find some great toys for Christmas. Also it's unfair to these "heart"working employees to have to take time away from putting out new items and clean up. (yes heart not hard bc they are pretty genuine people) Also if you love Jordans, stop here. 8.50 10.00 12.00 14.00 is the common price point. There is a lot of Shein items in the racks and Amazon shoes that be priced $2.50-4.50. Boots are best to buy now I'm just writing to share the my view of the store bc I was prompted by Google bc I was taking a pic of the store. No one asked me to write a review, but when you think about it, we run to social media to report the bad, it's ok to report positivity. Ok ok ok google has busted me🤣🤣🤣 update your visit..I think bc I'm here...
Read moreA couple years ago I gave you guys 4 stars, but today I am giving a star since you have to have a star to write a post. This weekend was your $1 dress sale. I called last night to check on the sale. The lady I spoke with stated that everything was pretty well picked over, but that they would be restocking tomorrow and their would be more to choose from and the sale would still be going on. I verified with her that the sale was going on the next day, because I thought the sale ended the day I was calling, she said yes. I made a special trip today to go so I could get some dressed for my daughter. At the counter they stated the sale ended yesterday and they would not honor the sale. I spoke with the supervisor whom was rude, said he didn't care what I was told the sale ended and they would not give me the sale price. They stated that someone would not have told me the wrong price because managers answer the phone, and when I asked who the manager was the other manager stated she was but she knows she would not tell me that, so then I asked who answered the phone, It was her Co worker, which I guess was not a manager...so I guess managers are not the only ones who answer the phone? They gave me the run around when I asked for corporates phone number. They stated they only had the owners number but would not give it to me. I finally got a email. But I am so upset, if they would have gave me the correct info in the 1st place I could have gone in yesterday or maybe they could have had some customer service today! If my two young children were not with me I would have left all the items and walked out. When I stated I was going to take my business else were the manager shrugged it off and he said that's fine. So I guess I don't matter as a long...
