LONG REVIEW COMING PLEASE READ i would avoid this location at all costs. I came here to this location a few times but due to my most recent experience I wont ever be back.
first when i walked in, the 2 girls at the counter never acknowledged that i was inside until about 5 mins later(even tho i was the only customer at the moment) now keep in mind each time i visit, these ladies have an disgusting attitude. i noticed how disgusting the food line was, the food here never looks fresh and they will definitely serve you brown guacamole, wilted lettuce, and cold proteins. eventually a younger girl came in front of me and I spoke to her, i said HI HOW ARE YOU absolutely no response back from the girl. just a plain "what can i get u" how rude! honestly when i first walked in i should've left. now as i asked the girl to prepare my order , the other girl in there who was just standing with her back turned the whole time who i also believe is the manager, she made faces at me and smirked at me the entire time as if there was a problem with me being in the restaurant. the girl preparing my order finished and told me the total, i paid and i said to her have a nice day! OF COURSE again no response back so at that point i had already made up my mind that I wouldn't be returning.
my food was prepared quickly and very sloppy then at the register the young lady proceeds to throw my SINGLE burrito inside of a giant plastic bag by its self. if you visit qdoba often you would know this is unacceptable because burritos are always placed in the small paper bags once they are wrapped but nope! not at this location!! they do anything here, once i got to my vehicle the burrito was half unwrapped and spilled all over the bag..i had no choice but to throw it away. I wasn't even going to bother going back inside and asking the young lady if she could remake it because I knew that would start an issue and i did not feel like arguing with these ladies over stale and old food. overall experience was less than subpar and the workers here do not care about serving customers quality food or providing good customer service. it's disappointing cause there aren't many locations in St Louis but trust me please save your time & money DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN the food also NEVER looks fresh sitting out no matter what time of the day and the food line isnt ever clean. and the girls who work there always make you feel like you've done something wrong just by placing your order. I always say if you get respect you will earn it and these ladies here at this location do not deserve any respect from anyone. Maybe if this location got a new staff who actually cared about their job and had good attitudes it would actually be worth spending your money on. Read moreI am the HR Director for a local company and our office orders lunch from local restaurants daily. We have ordered 9 times from this location since January of this year. We have only received food 5 of those times. Last week we were told we could not pick up our order because they were too busy, understaffed, and we could come up to the location but the wait would be over an hour. On 5/16/2019 we attempted to place an order and were told they were out of Chicken, Steak and Queso. On 4/16/2019 there was an issue with our order and we were told they would give one of our employees a free meal since her order was so screwed up. We tried to call today to place that free order and were told that they wouldn't honor that. On 3/7/2019 we placed an online order, paid for it and when we showed up there was a note on the door that the location was closed at noon. After banging on the door someone came and only after our assistant refused to leave without food did they slam the door in her face, roll their eyes did the employee gather some food to give it to our assistant after she demanded a refund. I do not know what is going on at this location. I do know it is a franchise that is independently owned and operated. Line to the door nonstop and they just kept making new peoples orders that walked in and never focused on any mobile orders at all in the 20mins I was there I was the only mobile order that went out. I placed a mobile order it said 10mins to be ready and it took them 20mins to make and then I asked for a different drink bc in the app it didn’t give me a choice it just has a button you click to “add drink & small chips and dip” well the young black girl working the registers with the face mask on her chin on 07/09/24 got mad and rolled her eyes then scoffed at me for it and wouldn’t respond the first two times I asked…since she ignored me I said soooo I guess I can’t get another drink and then she aggressively turned to me and hollered at me that NO I can’t have a different drink now that I repeatedly asked! 🤣 wild that people making $12/hr think they have the right to talk to customers like we are their children. I hope that girl gets fired bc she has no business working around people whatsoever. I will never return to this location and I don’t recommend to others.
