Subway — Restaurant in Bridgeton

I’m in the hospital and ordered food. My sons went to pick it up and got the wrong drink. Instead of them offering a different bottled drink like I had ordered they downgraded my drink and I sent my son back to the store to get something different. This made them made and they didn’t want to honor my original order, and there was a back and forth over the phone. The staff is rude and lack customer service skills. Vegetables are old and soggy and they didn’t have what I asked for and tried to downgrade my drink. When I refused and said that I wanted to return the entire order then he gave my son what I paid for but told him to tell me never to order from them again. I wanted to return everything I paid for but there just greedy and lack decency. Never order from these people because they feel their customers are disposable. Run them out...

Not the best Subway I’ve been to. Came here because I got coupons in the mail. There’s a sign on the case saying many coupons aren’t being accepted at this time due to high costs. One employee told me I could not use any coupons, another employee accepted my coupon. This was with the employees talking to me at the same time. The employee making my sandwich was nice, though I think she accidentally left off the oil and vinegar. No biggie, just didn’t worry about it. Everything was alright I suppose, but there was a bug trap by the trashcans that had many roaches in it. I didn’t see it until I finished eating which is probably a good thing? Either way, not the best Subway but I’m not sure...

Sat., Jan. 6, 2024: 11977 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton MO location: DON'T USE THEIR CURBSIDE PICKUP!! This was my first and last time using it. I sat outside 15 minutes past my pickup time and my sister ended up going in and getting it for me. I have severe osteoarthritis but normally go in and pickup but decided to use their curbside. When my sister went in to get the sandwich the "gentleman" behind the counter said he was busy making her sandwich and others...In my opinion he just didn't want to come outside because there was another employee helping other people so he had the time. Just plain lazy and inconsiderate! They shouldn't have a curbside pickup option if they aren't going...
