Dominick's Pizza Shoppe LLC — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

I phoned in a pizza order tonight. I have been getting my pizzas there for 29 years. When I arrived on time for my pick-up, I was told they had no order for me--that I had ordered the pizza somewhere else. I recited their phone number from memory; there was no mistake on my part. He decided to shift the blame to me, the customer. How difficult would it have been to take responsibility and admit they messed up the order...Sorry about that. I could accept that, but instead he tried to make me feel as though I was at fault. He offered to make a pie while I waited, but I didn't feel like Dominick's...

Mixed results here. Service was quick, I ordered a plain slice, margherita slice, grandma slice and a chicken roll. Plain slice was floppy yet the crust was a little burnt, didn't taste bad but nothing to write home about. Margherita slice was a total letdown, no flavor and the cheese on it tasted freezer burned. HOWEVER, the grandma slice was really good, full of flavor and not too crunchy, and the chicken roll was great, really good quality chicken and lots of cheese. Overall a decent spot, but the margherita slice was definitely its weakest offering from...

I really hate to be negative. Typically if I don’t particularly like service, I just leave it alone. If a pizzerias food is just, “okay”... fine, there is no reason to leave a bad review but in this instance, the man helping me here made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked through the door. He through my debit card at me and was rude for no reason whatsoever. I will never spend money there again. I will never recommend this place to anybody. I work very close to the pizzeria so I’m just saying that had he not been rude, I could have been buying...
