Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

This owner does not provide curbside pickup without any sign while the curbside pickup is available in the app. There is even a curbside pickup parking spot outside the store. I ordered curbside pickup in the app and waited for over 20min and no one showed up. When I went to the store, the coffee was on the counter and labeled curbside. Long drive thru line at 8am on a weekday, maybe about 10-12 min wait. When I picked up my order- iced latte with oat milk, it looked like a black coffee. When asked if he put any oat milk in it the man at the window said yes, it is dark, not light (as in the oat milk)-?! I told him I ordered a latte, and he said it was, it’s just dark, not white. Huh?? I didn’t have time to wait further. He clearly doesn’t know what oat milk (maybe any milks) look like, or what a latte is....

The menu items at any Dunkin Donuts are great. However, at this particular location, the cashier leaves alot to be desired in terms of service and just plain politeness. The little princess was extremely rude and full of eye rolls. As if she didnt want to be there, nevermind asked to confirm my order, which is all I did.
