Zero stars. Avoid like the plague. After ordering on slice I received notification that food would be ready at 6:20 food came out at 6:45. If that was not bad enough , the cook catches an attitude that I complained about the slow service. He proceeds to throw my salad and the dressing into the delivery box with such force that it opens and spills all over the box. I yell at him not throw my food around and he says "you must be looking for trouble" and postures like he is ready to fight me. A few unpleasantries were exchanged and he scurried back to the kitchen.They are beyond incompetent. The food is decent but dealing with the people at the counter is painful. Things aren't ready and they've got no care at all for the customer, you'll be standing at the counter while they answer the phone 3 times and assemble someone else's meal that's still incomplete acting like you at the counter are an annoyance. Have dealt with them for my own food and for delivery services and had as much as 20 minute waits where I ended up just leaving empty handed. Either because my own food would be too late or that other orders have to get done professionally and I've had to unassign an order because after 20 minutes I've found out they didn't even start the order yet despite saying 10 minutes twice, costing me any pay for my...

Panatieri's is a small, NJ-specific chain that consistently puts out good pizza. I've been to a few locations and all have had great pizza. This time around, I went with the Brooklyn and the tortellini slices. The Brooklyn had a crisp base, but a fluffy interior like a delicious dinner roll. The cheese was fresh and buttery. The sauce was sweet and delicious. The tortellini slice also had a crisp, thin base and a thinner, crispier crust. The crust was a bit dry, but the slice was cheesy and delicious.
