Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Brigantine

although the ice cream was good it took a while to get there. i go up to order and i ask for a gelati with chocolate ice cream. she then she asked if vanilla ice cream was good i said that’s fine thinking that’s all they had. then i was charged 11.67$ for a small i said to the lady “for one ice cream?” and she just repeated the price in a rude tone. i knew the price was wrong because i'm collage educated and my friend got 2 smalls for the price of 8$ while i was charged 11.67$ supposedly for ONE. i go to the next window and there are two separate ice creams. i then said nicely that i meant i wanted one gelati with chocolate ice cream. the ladies then proceeded to look at me like i was the dumb one and argue with each other over the misunderstanding. 5 minutes later the girl says “here’s your money” VERY rudely and then i said have a nice night to which she also rudely responded you too. very unfortunate...

First time at Rita’s in brigantine very dissatisfied ordered 2 small peanut butter custard ice cream cups 16$ was so not worth it ran out of peanut butter so loaded with hot fudge which was so sweet!!!!!! And was so sloppy ice cream all over cup!!!!! Hopefully they will get it...

We went to Rita’s when they first opened this summer. They had unique flavors that I haven’t seen at other Rita’s locations. We loved sitting on the picnic tables. Can’t wait for them to open...
