I ordered curry beef hoping to enjoy the spicy curry flavor that I like. Instead, the curry was extremely masked by red hot chili pepper that added a large amount of "HOT" spice to the dish. This spice completely smothered the curry flavor and all of the other flavors as well. If I would like to add more spice to the entrée, I would like to be able to shake on extra chili pepper spice to my liking. In order to get service, after calling into the kitchen and front counter several times, I opened and closed the front door to set off the door chime. After about 20 seconds, the host arrived to whom I explained my spicy situation. I requested to have the beef curry made without the red hot chili peppers. She reluctantly went back to the kitchen and had the chef redo the entrée. The re do was better but still had some pieces of pepper. I moved many of pepper pieces out of the way to try to enjoy the rest of the meal. As a whole, the food was pretty good. Had I known about the chili peppers in the beef curry, I would have ordered something else and may have had a better experience. I may never go back to Hunan Village. I think it was apparent that many other people may have had a simillar or lesser experience than I did. I was the only one in the dining room where there were tables that had not been cleared from previous customers. During my dining experience, I was "entertained" by their young child in the adjacent room at play with much noise and normal child activity. He was also retained in this room of toys by a gate at the doorway. I would like to encourage the management to pay attention to customer service and create an atmosphere of fine Chinese dining for the customer and maybe, with better aesthetics and service, the business will be...
Read moreThis place is terrible.. I waited in no line at all for 15 min before someone acknowledged I was even there after walking by 10 times then when they did come to the front they helped the clients who where sitting down eating. They checked them out first before helping me and another lady who where there way before. A gentleman was sitting down waiting to be seating for well longer than me and they did not seat him. There was only 2-3 tables that people where eating at in the entire place. All the customers at the time I was finally getting my food where laughing at how rediculous everything was and when I finally drove clear home the noodles where dry. The rice was terrible and over cooked and the chicken than both me and my wife got where both the wrong kind of chicken. I can’t remember a time in my life when I have gone out of my way to leave a bad review but this is for sure the worst experience I have ever had. I would never go back to this place and encourage everyone to stay away. I can’t beleiev they are still in business. I never wish a business to fail especially being a business owner but that place...

The sweet server said she was new and she did her best to make it right, however the owner was not interested in providing food we could eat. We left our meals as they were absolutely awful and super disappointed in this establishment. the owners wife said there was no caffeine in the teas, however oolong does have caffeine, all in all it seemed the owners were annoyed to have customers. Do NOT recommend, bad experience all around, owner finally agreed to take money off after being extremely rude however only a portion.
