Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Brigham City

I have always loved Papa Murphys. Last time we went through they were wearing masks. This time about 10 young kids were making food and serving customers without masks. I think this is the only restaurant in town that is not requiring their employees to wear masks. It is a wise business that caters to the most conservative and eldest of their customers, simply because you will likely then make all customers happy. In a pandemic, this just flies in the face of customers trying to stay safe. I was emphatic about not accepting my order based on this and requesting a refund. The young man was completely rude, rolling his eyes, and stomping about. I am a 60 year old woman. I was not yelling, calling names, cussing, etc. I was being emphatic. Their behavior was not acceptable for so many reasons. Sometimes it's the hard times that bring out the character of not only people, but businesses. Edit* went back just about a week later just to ensure my previous service wasnt an exception, same good pizza, same lackluster service. Will be visiting other pizza joints in the future instead.

Pizza was great just like Papa Murphys always is. The customer service was a joke, the teenager "working" the window acted inconvenienced that anybody would dare drive up. The absolute second the pizzas were in my hand, but before they came through the car window the transaction on his end was complete with a firm closing of the drive through window (dont worry the cash tip that I was planning on giving will go on to purchase something else at a different establishment that values good...

My go-to place for delicious pizza that doesn't break the bank! I love the Brigham Location. They are always friendly and fast! I ordered 4 family sized pizzas and they came with tons of toppings! My order was ready in 30 minutes (on a Friday night no less!) and I had hot pizza, fresh out of my oven 30 minutes later. It was a win for everyone! Update: Today my favorite pizza place was so busy! They didn't have my pizza ready when I came, but Tiane was so polite and professional. She checked on me and then hand delivered the pizzas to my parking spot with a smile.
