The highly anticipated opening of Indian Cuisine in Brighton is a triumph! My order included paneer tikka masala , chili potato and naan. So delicious!! And people---be patient. This food is cooked to order . so it takes a few minutes. Be patient, it is so worth the wait!. The chef is in house and you can taste the care and love in every bite. The paneer tikka is rich and creamy served with perfectly cooked rice with cumin seed. The chili potato is sweet, hot and crunchy. The naa was a super addition to dipping and slurping up all the tikka masala sauce. Truly authentic delicious Indian cuisine. I hope you try it. I spent 36 bucks and it was a huge amount of food. This included a $3 tip. Tipping is a big deal these days, but let's get this place going. It's great and so are the people running it and cooking. I hope you enjoy when you decide to try it! I also wanted to add that they have plant-based takeout containers so the environment is...
Read moreI went in on 3/13/24 at around 7:00 pm and ordered Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken and Spinich Dal. The Chicken Curry was pretty spicy which I expected but the Spinach Dal ,which doesn't say anything about spices, was just as hot and the Butter Chicken was just under these two for being hot. My wife and children could not eat the Spinach Dal and the Butter chicken due to the heat, and before you say Indian food is I have been eating indian food my whole life and the two dishes I got for them are traditionally mild. I had to go out and get them something else to eat. I brought this up the next day at the restaurant and they said they would try to make it less spicy next time. They didn't even offer to recook the meals for me. Do yourself a favor and go to Ann Arbor to get indian food. There are a ton of restaurants that offer better variety, fresher dishes and are just...
Read moreI think I'm late to the party. Does everyone in Brighton already know how awesome this food at this resturant is? If you're like me, and was driven there after a food network show made you want to try Indian, you will discover what everyone else apparently knows. It's fantastic.
I'm sure they make their dishes every day and get to eat it, and it's sort of the norm for them. Me? I did not know this level of awesome was legally allowed in my mouth.
Spice, and sweet, and creamy yet savory and moist. The paneer tikka masala was everything I wanted it to be and more. I honestly feel bad for these employees, this will be my regular going out spot. They're gonna get so sick of me, but they have a customer for life. 10/10 would recommend, I hope people are busting down their...
