Worst place to go. Over priced small sizes and water downed milkshakes. My child ordered a milkshake that looked more like milk with a few chunks of cookie dough in it. I took it back and asked for it to please be remade. It was only 15/20 minutes after being made. My son said it was so runny that he could drink it through a thin straw minus the chunks. The owner immediately started screaming at me at the top of her lungs yelling saying she is a small business in town. I had no idea what that had to do with her remaking the milkshake. If you are so worried about your business succeding have better customer service and try being friendly instead of a mean old bitter grumpy woman. I will never go back and neither should you. You reap what you sow lady!! Good luck running your business in the ground with that attitude. We don't need people like you doing business in this town if, that is how you treat your customers.!! While I cannot respond to your response, I will add a response to my 1star review. You did not attempt to warn to customers following us in, you flat told them not to come in because of him and to wait outside. That's when I informed you he was a service dog and working and that they were fine( he was even fully vested). The other customers then assured you he was fine as they had also spent all evening chatting with us at the park, at which point you still asked them to stay back because it scares you that he's a large dog, well guess what, I'm a big girl and when I need a dog to help with stability a small dog won't work, so yes he is a Mastiff breed.... I didn't just walk in with an Ill mannered pet. He is a trained working dog that has access to anywhere I go. You really need to read up...

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I was calling to order a custom cake and the lady on the phone had an attitude with me throughout the phone call. It was upsetting because I had a very positive experience the first time I visited Jack’s custard. When inquiring about a specific design, she informed me that she couldn’t do that. When asking about the various ice cream flavors options, she said “whatever you want.” She placed me on hold several times which I was understanding and patient about. Eventually I had to end the phone call without placing an order because of the attitude I received from her. I hope this issue can be resolved. I understand that everyone has bad days, but I have worked in customer service a long time and I would not choose to treat...
