I first came here probably 20 years ago as a child and recall how awesome their calzones and spaghetti were. I recently went here on a Saturday and the food was exactly as I remembered. The red sauce they make is the perfect consistency and thickness, not too watery or over seasoned. I am not Italian but I would find it hard not to believe that this sauce is very traditional and probably a family recipe. It is not over seasoned or super fancy and unique. It is a good hearty red sauce that goes well with everything. I had a calzone and spaghetti while I was there. The calzone crust was cooked very well and not overdone but had a crunch on the entire outside. Many places have trouble cooking calzone doughs all the way through without burning it. This is not a problem here, in fact the crunchy crust/dough on the outside made it one of the best calzones I have had. The ingredients inside were up to standard and the red sauce smothered on top was just the right amount. The homemade spaghetti noodles were of great quality and better than the Blue Parrot noodles I used to love from Louisville or Papa Franks in Broomfield. The meatball and sausage link were of standard Italian restaurant fare and came with the spaghetti. I hope I get to visit there more often now it is back on my radar. If you are looking for traditional Italian food in the form of classic dishes then I say stop by here you will not be disappointed in...

My husband and I decided on Saturday that we just weren’t up for the drive to Ft. Lupton for higher quality Italian food, and that we would settle for trying this little hole in the wall place for the first time since we moved here in 2006. BIG MISTAKE. This place is tiny and it is very clear that cleanliness is the lowest item on the priority list. This would explain why we both have had explosive diarrhea for the last 24 hours. I’m not exaggerating, I had to call into work today and am considering going to urgent care to get some fluids because I am so dehydrated from trying to defecate whatever bacteria this place gave me. Needless to say, ALWAYS choose to make the drive to Wholy Stromboli - it will be the best decision for your tastebuds and your...

We tried this place tonight. We ordered two large pizzas to go, and waited in the resteraunt while they were made. Not only did they not let us know our food was ready to go, but they also forgot toppings on our pizza.

After an overall 40 min wait, we were finally given our food. The pizzas werent even good. There was barley any cheese, and they were super stengy with their toppings. The pizza it self was tough to eat and lacked flavor. The older cashier or waitress (not sure what she was) was a bit snippy. Overall I think most of the employees need some customer service training.

I don't believe we'll be going back.

The only reason I have given any stars for this rating is because the younger waitress was super friendly, and took our...

EDITED: I dropped my review to one star because halfway through my meatball sub, I realized that the meat WASN'T COOKED. See picture. Wow, I will NOT be ordering from here again. SUPER disappointing, I really wanted to like this place. The delivery was quick, and the food was... OK. The calzone was very small. Easily half the size of a calzone from Pinocchios or Wholly Cannoli. We ordered cheesy garlic bread, and literally got 2 slices of untoasted French bread, stuck together with cheese. I couldn't pull the bread apart, and it was a pretty disappointing $5 purchase. It looked like a sandwich full of disappointment. See pictures.

Expensive… so so expensive…. If you’re ready to spend you’re retirement on one meal this is the place for you. Pizza dough is probably Play Doh- it was pasty white and floppy… the margarita pizza was a cheese pizza with diced tomatoes instead of a pizza with fresh mozzarella, olive oil drizzled on-top and garnished with fresh basil. The spaghetti was a 32oz container half filled with super thick chunky noodles, red sauce and two pile type mounds that plopped out which I assume were meatballs? Added picture of spaghetti and “margarita” pizza for reference. Two 16” pizzas and the spaghetti were $84 without tip.

A lovely little Italian joint tucked away in an unassuming strip mall. Had a hankering for a calzone and Serafini’s hit the spot. Love the presentation and appreciate the ample amount of sauce included! This bad boy was perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and super friendly. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the pasta dishes!
