China Garden — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I order from China Garden whenever I’m in the mood for Chinese. The food is always excellent but the customer service is terrible!!! We ordered a large order and asked the person answering the phone if one of the dishes came with white rice or can they get fried rice, and she said yes she can get fried rice with it. A few minutes after I placed the order I received a call to let me know they were out of shrimp egg rolls…how does that happen at a Chinese restaurant??? When the delivery person came we were missing the fried rice and I called to request that it be delivered. The owner got on the phone and didn’t back up her employee and was very rude stating that she would have to talk to the “girl”!!! She also stated that when they couldn’t give us the egg rolls we ordered she also canceled the fried rice and didn’t charge us for it…I was never asked if I wanted to be charged for the fried rice that I would have been happy to pay for even though their “girl” messed up and they didn’t stand behind their employee!!! When I told them I still want it because it was my daughter’s birthday, she keep saying are you going to pay for it. I said yes but you really need to stand behind your mistake and asked if she wanted my credit card and she hung up. When the rice arrived the delivery person wanted cash and also charged us delivery again!!! I’m sorry but I will never order from this establishment again seeing they are so unprofessional and don’t respect their employees and customers…very...

We have been ordering for a year since moving out here. Tonight it took over two hours to get our food, and part of our order was missing. When my significant other called, they stated the missing portion was not on our order when the receipt was in front of us. I took the phone and asked to speak to the manager. The lady stated she was, and asked me to bring in our receipt. At this point I lost my cool. She then said that she saw that the portion was on our order, and that they could refund the portion back to the card we used to pay for the order; but would need the card number. I asked her if she was going to write it down or input the number as I gave it to her. She then stated they would have to wait until the drivers were cashed out to go over everything and refund the portion, giving me the assumption our personal information was going to be written down if I wouldn't have questioned it. 100% unacceptable, and very frustrating to be called out on our inegrity in the first place on an order that was missed on their end and we waited two hours on. They never once apologized, offered to comp the meal, or anything other then make us feel like it was our fault. All I can say is we will never be going back here after I go in tomorrow and get the refund in person, and whoever is or was managing tonight should be fired on the spot, and does not know the first thing when it comes to customer service and/ or how to deal with people in general...

I ordered food from them about a month ago it was delivered to the wrong address. I was calling to see where my food was and they kept lying saying it was on the way whole time it was at someone else house. By the time I figured out what was really going on it was 2 hours later. When I went outside to see if I seen someone I found a lady running around the complex with my food bag ripped open apologizing that it was delivered to the wrong house. I was told on the phone by the guy I believe that was the owner that next time I order he’ll give me my same order free. I only agreed to keep the food because of what he told me. The food was cold, was opened, it took 2 hours, and was being lied to the whole time. Now about a month later I want the food that was promised to me. I call ask for the guy he now says he’s only going to give me one Kong pow chicken that I have to pay for the rest and that wasn’t what I agreed to that day. We argued about it and they ended up hanging up on me. I tried calling back they answered the phone and hung up, called again they ignored me.
