Jen did a fabulous job with the shape, design, and execution of my eyeliner (hence the 2 stars instead of just 1). HOWEVER, I was extremely uncomfortable and shocked with her lack of hygiene. She wore 1 pair of gloves for the entire session. She would tattoo a bit, then touch non-sanitized objects like adjusting the light or the chair or other tools not on the sanitized tray, then went directly back to touching the fresh tattoo. I was very afraid to and lucky to not have gotten an infection. I have many many tattoos, and the artists have always been great with being sanitary. Gloves would always be changed if the artist touched anything, aside from the fresh tattoo, before going back to it. If Jen would learn proper hygiene etiquette I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, but as it stands with her current standards, I WILL NOT AND CANNOT RECOMMEND her to anyone wanting to have a safe and sanitary experience. Skipped the free touch-up session purely due to the poor hygiene practices. Go to some other place with better hygiene practices or risk the infection, I know I won’t be back, but choice is yours.

Maybe you were having an off day, but you only used 1 single pair of gloves and never changed them for my session. I almost stopped mid session because of how icky I was feeling. OMFG I had microblading done at expensive places that were "high end" and the microblading never worked. I was left with the same no eyebrows and lost a ton of money.

I was looking to get my hair done when I stumbled upon IDPM with Jennifer and it was about microblading. I asked her about the prices and they were so affordable, especially compared to all the money I shelled out at the fancy place, and all the brow products I have spent money on.

So I decided to do a Hail Mary and booked an appointment. Guys.... I have eyebrows and they look amazing! Jennifer is talent! Jennifer did what no other microblade could do. Plus her attention to detail is amazing. I literally had 0 eyebrow hairs going to her, and she spent hours getting the placement and everything just perfect.

I no longer feel self-conscious and feel so happy and liberated. I no longer freak out about if my eyebrow will smudge off while working, seeing people, and doing stuff ;) I save so much time not having to draw my eyebrows now AND save not having to buy eyebrow products all the time.

Here is my complete review...My aesthetician was wonderful..I would give her a 5 out of 5. Her name was Alex and she was extremely professional. Always on time and communication was great. Overall the Oswego location was okay, in need of a little updating and cleaning (4/5). Unfortunately I tried the cryoshock and it did not work for me and have to give that 1 out of 5. I did a total of 6 treatments and well over $700.00 all in for little to no results. I followed directions, drinking water, having no sugar 5 hours before and after. I tried to exercise after treatment. I even added dry brushing to my daily rountine...still next to nothing. I would possibly visit for a different service but I would absolutely NOT recommend...
