Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bristol Township

When we came in there were 5 workers. Two of them were splitting up tips. No big deal, I work fast food so I get it. We sat there for 4 minutes without a single person acknowledging us. One girl was on her phone and the other two were still messing with tips. The other guy was doing dishes. One of the girls comes up and just kind of stares at us. I started to order and she said “let me get my gloves on before you start barking orders at me” I was very surprised and couldn’t believe she was talking to us like that. Again I work in fast food so I understand it’s annoying, but it’s also just your job. I asked for triple steak she rolled her eyes. It seemed that doing her job made her annoyed. My husband ordered after me he also got triple steak. They side eyed each other and were rolled their eyes yelling “we are out of steak completely” noting the girl is still on her phone back there and only the guy moves to start making more steak. At this point I am noticing their rudeness and I start to get frustrated. I worked a long day, our tire blew out, and this was a meal for my husband and I’s anniversary. We don’t have a lot of money so eating out is a treat. This was a once every 4 month thing. When I went to pay I was waiting for my fiance to finish ordering (he was at the veggie side now) and the girl checking us out goes “you can scan your app now, you don’t need to wait for him” and she said it with this nasty look on her face. She then shouted to my fiance who is in the middle of finishing his bowl “do you want anything to drink or….?” And she made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. There are only two people in line behind us and the girl in the back is STILL on her phone. She then throws the bowls in the bag and shoves it across the counter. One bowl was open in the bag and they refused to remake it. Said it was out of their hands. I was nice and polite up until that point because now it’s just flat out disrespectful. I just simply said “wow the attitude is crazy. I would get fired from my job for that”

I ordered a burrito bowl for delivery. The uber driver had it to my door within 15 minutes so kudos to him, HOWEVER!Whoever made my order put both of my ice cold drinks on top of my food and sealed it in the bag with a sticker, so the delivery arrived ice cold. They also HEAVILY skimped on the portions! I know that meat is supposed to be 4oz and everything else is supposed to be one scoop. But it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that in the pictures shown, its CLEARLY nowhere near 8oz! I even grabbed my fork and moved some of the meat and cheese to the side in one of the photos so u could see how empty the bowl was (I NEVER TOOK A SINGLE BITE PRIOR TO TAKING THESE PHOTOS). Its clear as day that they half scooped every item and then the chicken they probably put MAYBE a scoop and a half. I worked next door to a chipotle for 3 years and got them almost every day, so i know all correct sizes by heart, and this order has left me disgusted! It makes me really sad because normally when i go inside i never have an issue with this location. But online ordering needs a whole revamp. And the crew apart of it need to be fired with haste! I was super excited for this place to open, and now that it’s here, I wish it never came. First, there are so many employees there but walking around while the line goes out the door. I don’t get how there can be so many people, yet people are waiting 30 minutes to get their food. Second, their food hygiene leaves much to be desired. I watched an employee dump a new pan of chicken into the older pan of chicken, which would be fine if the chicken didn’t spill into other containers like the fajitas or other meats, therefore mixing them. Also, the station is extremely dirty! Sour cream spilled everywhere, and everyone just acted like it was normal. It looks gross in my opinion and definitely deterred me from coming back to this location. This had happened only 2 hours after the restaurant opened, around 12pm, so the fact that it got that gross and negligent so fast is concerning. Third, the potions are way too small for the price that is being paid, no reason why my burrito barely has any rice when I asked for double. Chipotle; please train your staff better! If you want a better experience, just go to the Chipotle in Oswego, better service, more efficient, not messy, and the employees know what they are doing. Very disappointing for a restaurant that...
