Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I avoid this place like the plague. It's so sad that this is the closest dunkin to me, but I go out of my way out of town to avoid this one. Every once in a while, I'll try it again and reminded immediately why I avoid it. Today I was in there for 18 minutes for an iced coffee and two donuts. I was the only one at the counter when I arrived. One man behind me left because it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I had to ask, Is anyone going to acknowledge I exist? The reason I know exactly how long I was in there is because I told my husband I'd call him right back as I walked in the door. And texted him that they still didn't approach me 5 minutes later and called him as exiting. So, there's no exaggerating. There's only one girl who can apparently take orders, she was doing the counter and drive thru. I realize she's having a terrible day, but she's absolutely rude. It's not our fault she's understaffed or poorly staffed with individuals who cannot take orders (likely a language issue?). She made my iced coffee and it was overflowing and a complete mess. It was so dark. I tried pouring some out so it wouldn't overflow more and stir it. No napkins in the lobby. Waited minutes for some. She gave me 3 napkins. I finally take a sip and it's awful. Way too dark. I ask for a new coffee after minutes again being ignored. I feel terrible but I want a drinkable coffee. I ask if she can remake me a coffee and she throws a fit trying to charge me for it??? I was handing her the old one. Not trying to keep it at all. I had to be firm and kinda rude to make her understand I'm not paying for it. I HATE being rude to service staff. I've been there but at a certain point you have to give them back what you're getting. At that point she had a line and the people behind me were just as vocal in the trash service happening. It's experiences like this EVERY SINGLE TIME and this was just one of them. Every single time I leave here I am infuriated and my blood pressure is through the roof. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin again. I honestly hope they fail miserably compared to the others around so they can take a good, hard look at themselves and what they need to do to turn it around. This location is absolutely ridiculous! 15-20 minute waits in the drive thru line because they are to lazy to open the doors and serve customers inside. If you're lucky they may actually allow you to order more then one item before rudely over talking you on the speaker telling you to pull up to the window. The older woman with the glasses who always works the drive thru is constantly on her cell phone while working the register, and then tell you she's not the one taking orders when something they inevitably get wrong needs to be corrected. She shouldn't be on register OR at the window handing out orders if she's not the one taking the orders and can't be bothered to stay off her personal cell phone. She will try charging you someone else's total also, because she is more distracted by her personal calls then taking customers. They refuse to open the dining room at all. And they just LOVE to smash your hash browns under all the heavy sandwiches in one bag, causing them to become a mashed mess that becomes congealed in the bag making them inedible. This location...

What can I say about this Dunkin Donuts other than it's the best one I've been in in Bucks County and the only one that I will go to. It is always impeccably clean. The sales associates know exactly how I like my coffee by the time I get to the counter it's sitting there waiting for me. They always have a smile and a happy greeting and it's a great way to start off your day which I do 7 days a week there. I've been to most of the Dunkin Donuts around here and they are dirty and the people are ignorant and I'm not exaggerating but the one at 5007 Bristol Pike it's the one you want to go to even if it's a few miles out of your way it's worth going to see how a Dunkin Donuts should be run because that's the way they run it. And the big shout out to the manager he's one of the nicest most personal guys in the business and he wants to make sure every one of his customers are happy this is why I'm going out of my way to put up such a lengthy review for a Dunkin Donuts.
