Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol Township

Ordered their new papa bowl and some garlic parmesan breadsticks. The breadsticks were dry with next to no topping and the bowl was really watery. I called them and they sent out a replacement. I really don't recommend the bowl thing tho. It was spicy which is fine but otherwise didn't have much taste. Breadsticks were much better tho. The second driver seemed like he was expecting a tip too, which after all the fees they charge, i don't think we should have to tip on top of but I did tip the original driver, so I wasn't tipping again. I have noticed over the past few times I've ordered that the quality of the food has gone down. The workers just throw it together with little ingredients and overcook it so the crusts are too hard to eat. Only reason why I have been still ordering from them is because they deliver to where I live. The whole team at papa Johns in Yorkville since they opened up under new management has been wonderful. I recommend their pizza to anyone in the Oswego, Yorkville, Plano, And the other surrounding areas. If you’re not sure about if they deliver to you or not just call and talk to one of the managers they all have great attitudes! I personally like just a plain ol cheese pizza but they have new speciality pizzas coming out on Monday apparently and they look delicious. I also heard that Papa Johns will start selling sandwiches sometime in March ! Give them a call today and get delivery when it really bad weather outside !! No matter where in the delivery zone you are it’s always $3. Some other places in Yorkville will charge you more by how far you are! Two weeks ago I placed an online order for one, just one stuffed crust with two toppings. Not only did I wait two hours, and I am not exaggerating, but they made the wrong pizza. I had already waited too long and was not going to wait to feed my family any longer so I decided to accept their offer for a “credit” on my account. Well, I called to order at the Yorkville location just now and not only could did they not find my credit, but they also couldn’t find a manager to speak with.
