If I could leave zero stars I WOULD! First, let me start by saying I love arby's it's one of my favorites, but for now on I'll be driving the extra 15 minutes to go to the next closest one! A few days back I came through, ordered our meals and everything seemed fine, once we drove all the way back home (20ish minutes away) and began to open our stuff it was completely wrong instead of making the drive back we called in and were given 2 replace your meal vouchers. Today we decided since we were out that way we would stop and use them to get our meals, when I explained to the lady at the front that we had these replace your meal vouchers she immediately seemed irritated, but we get the food and we leave. Once we decide to park to eat I open the sandwich and they had been extremely rude about it, a "medium" beef and cheddar had literally 2 pieces of meat and what appeared to be a half squirt of cheese okay whatever I'm tired of dealing with these people so I'll eat it and not complain...well 3 bites in what do I find?? A HAIR, A HAIR in my sandwich! Now I know its not my hair because it was entangled within the 2 pieces of meat and my hair isn't that color in the slightest! I'm telling you, I'm irritate, just because they were replaced meals doesn't mean you have to be completely rude about making them, you dont know the story or reasoning behind why it was like that so why act like theres a problem? All I can say is, even though it's an additional 15 minute drive to the next arbys I will be gladly making that trip any time we decide to go just so I dont have to encounter the rude, disgusting, uncaring employees at...
Read moreNO 2 FOR $6 IT'S 2 FOR $7! (perhaps for Gyros) How can a Chain restraunt stray from expected PRICING? No way in hell will I pay that for roast beef as Chicken was bad enough and not worth even 6$ much less the 50cent surcharge for old ass food! I waited over 10mins and SHOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN OLD ASS FRIED CHICKEN PATTY! One was super cooked and other did not even fit bun (it was way smaller). I always ask no mayo for 2 reasons: 1 some people's idea of Mayo is disgusting & 2 you used to get fresh food... The tomato's should have been thrown away. IDK how you get mushy tomato's from a cold meat slab... You would think while it took 10mins 9n person in front of me that they had plenty of time to fry chicken. That's why I will never get fish sandwiches from Arby's. It made me sick last time because it was old & left out too long. Sad b/c done right they have best fish & chicken sandwiches in fast food business! I would've took it back but was in hurry because rest of family wanted McDs. Arby's is slightly better than that place. I will not be back here! Want fresh & hot? Go next door to Hardee's... I should use AI to make a parody of Arby's TV ad. Using guys deep voice: Nasty, lukewarm, overpriced food mmm come on down to Arby's on parkway... No wonder everyone goes to bars. You can't taste or really care what you eat...
Read moreArbys in Abingdon, VA is always perfect, but we ate at this location in Bristol, TN with a free coupon from an Arbys in Bristol, VA where our order was given to another customer in the drive thru. We waited nearly 20 minutes for them to figure out what had happened and remake our order. Maybe we should just stick with the Abingdon location, because this "Let us make it up to you" order at the second Bristol location did not meet Arbys standards either. Lettuce and tomatoes on sandwiches were old and had to be taken off. My buffalo chicken had so much buffalo sauce on it that it was a dripping mess, while my husband's turkey sandwich had barely any meat on it and only a dot of honey mustard on the center of the bread. The honey mustard is his favorite part of the sandwich. We didn't complain about it. We were very hungry and really just glad to get something to eat. We are lucky to have such a great restaurant closer to our house and only visited the other locations due to their proximity to other businesses we were frequenting in Bristol. We don't do burgers at all....
