Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Ordered two large pizza’s and a 2 liter Diet Coke to be delivered. Ordered arrived quick, but instead of Diet Coke, brought reg. Coke. Told the delivery drive the order was wrong, checked the order and he said you are right, then asked what I wanted to do, I said I wanted my Diet Coke, his response I’m not sure what to do, guess I need to go back to the store and get your Diet Coke, I said forget it, I wanted to have the Diet Coke with my pizza, so I said what can you do to make this right, his response, I don’t know. Took my pizza, I didn’t want reg. Coke so told him to take it and thanked him. I tired to file a complain thru the app. But if you close the order down on the app there is no way either via the app or website to file a concern with your order, you have to call the store. I call the store, on hold for 10 min. before someone answers, told them the problem, wanted to know what they were going to do for the inconvenience, we can bring you your Diet Coke, I said you should offer something more the inconvenience, staff member had to get the manager, because he didn’t know what to do, same story, we can bring you your Diet Coke, no I want a refund…as I was working thru this, the manger said I needed to hurry up and make a decision, he was busy and didn’t have time for this…so, I said give me my refund on the Diet Coke and I will not be using your store again. Crazy customer service, to tell me to hurry up and make a decision because you are busy…I said you have my money and I don’t have my order, you should have time to...

I get domino's maybe 1-2 times a month and the store is usually as good as a Dominos could be, but this experience has me thinking I will never return.

Silly for a place like this to lose business over $2.25, but their customer service to fix my issue was horrendous. All that happened is they delivered my pizza without the 3 garlic sauces I paid for. I called and the manager said they'd send him back out quick with the sauces. They're less than 5 minutes away. I waited to eat, and eventually realized they weren't coming. Food cold now and ruined, which if you've had Dominos, you know it can't sit for more than 10 minutes anyway or it starts tasting meh.

Next morning I tried to follow up, and was offered not a refund, but a free item only if I sign up for their app. Sounds great but I already have plenty of these "free" offers to sign up, I'm not interested and offering something for free you always give for free doesn't help fix anything. I wrote the store a complaint and wrote the company a complaint, expecting some kind of call or email, but no, crickets.

So lied to by management, resulting in cold & ruined food, and then won't do anything to fix the problem without me probably having to drive down to the store. Not worth it, having AMEX refund me the $2.25 (even though I should request the full amount since the food was ruined) and won't return to this...

WORST DELIVERY PIZZA EXPERIENCE Used to order here all the time when I was younger (like twice a week in high school, often enough to where they would recognize my number) and was my go to place for pizza but I think they recently got bought out in the last year or so. So I ordered last night for the first time in a while. Originally was trying to place my order online but for some reason the website kept saying it didn't deliver to my location and I'm only about a mile away from the store. So I call. Felt like the person on the phone had a really hard time understanding me so i changed my order to make it as simple as possible. They called me 20min later to I think ask me is I still wanted it. Maybe another 20min. after that the driver ended up in my back yard, I guess they took my address down wrong. Guy tells me a total that is $10 more then what they told me on the phone and $20 more then the order I tried placing online. Payed it just hungry at this point. They threw an extra three toppings on one pizza (explains the price) and cheesey bread came with no sauce. I called complained they said we dont include the sauce anymore and they would make me another pizza but wouldn't compensate for the price difference. So I just made a mental note that it's not the same place it used to be and to never order...
