If there was a ZERO STAR option, I would 100% be clicking it. This location can’t seem to get their stuff together, two years ago, a year ago, the start of the pandemic, through the pandemic as well as right this minute. I have NEVER seen a Dunkin’ so disorganized/out of place as this one. Five times in a row now, there’s a line of people out the door of the lobby, I order ONE macchiato, first guy after me order a tea and a sandwich, second guy after me orders a coffee and a bagel....BOTH of the people AFTER me, somehow get their drinks and food and are out the door, while I am still waiting there. I ask why people are getting their food AND drinks if they ordered after me. The young gal responds with an attitude saying “your drink takes longer to make”........uhhhhh, I mean common sense says that in the time that TWO sandwiches and TWO other drinks were made/given to them, that you absolutely could’ve made ONE drink in that time (probably more) furthermore, if my drink TRULY “takes longer to make” like she claimed, then that’s justification to complete orders that came in AFTER mine & is good reason to make me wait? To me that was an extremely poor excuse of “we don’t know what we’re doing” she then tells me “I’m the only one making drinks” ...at that point my jaw dropped considering I’m literally watching TEN+ employees running around making DRINKS AND SANDWICHES! You guys need to figure out how to work TOGETHER as employees and not have it be a free for all. Get a system down, because when you make people who have already ordered, wait, while others who ordered AFTER are getting their things, does nothing but clog the already tight “roundabout” lobby area. There is no flow whatsoever. Your lobby is marked out to be “one by one” “in and out” single file lane. When you give people who ordered after someone, their food, they then are gridlocked and have to either turn around to go back through the line of people waiting to order, or they’re forced to walk through the line of people waiting to get their food when they ordered first/when they should be getting theirs first/IN ORDER. Get it together...
Read moreThis Dunkin' is so inefficient it's crazy! Every time, it takes forever. All I get it a regular coffee. When I FINALLY pull up to the window after like 15 minutes, my coffee isn't even ready to go! The person working the register at the window has to go walk through the store to get my coffee. Why isn't it ready to go at the window? I used to work at Dunkin. We had one person on the register, one person making sandwiches, one person making coffees. Way more efficient and fast. I've had several times where the person working the register has to go walk through the store to get my coffee, bumping into the other workers. There's a bunch of people back there who just seem confused and in the way. I don't see any hustle or urgency. Whoever manages this place needs to think about efficiency and speed. They could literally be serving twice as many cars, easily! Set it up in a way that makes sense! When I pull up to that window, someone should have brought the coffee to the person working the register. And what the heck is taking so long? My God it seems like each car takes 10 min to order. Let's get this place MOVING, please! Even when I go inside, I don't understand what is taking so long! I should be out of there in 2 minutes for a...
Read moreI don't know how many times I can go here and have my order messed up. Majority of the time I ask for whip cream on a frozen coffee, I will be charged for it and never receive it. I went today (03/21/25) and when I got my drink there was no whip cream on top. The cashier at the window offered to fix it, which was fine. Until he started to TAKE THE TOP LAYER OUT. Why do hire these people if they don't have any braincells?? And go on the girl next to him i could hear was complaining about me asking for it to be fixed. Once he gave it back it was still wrong, and about an inch less of frozen coffee. And it's not like its a single person who does this, it's MULTIPLE employees who can't make the...
