I placed a mobile order for my morning small iced coffee. Now I don’t like to pay for half of my drink to be ice therefore I always get my iced coffee with no ice and a cup of ice on the side so I can put the appropriate 3-4 ice cubes in my drink. I ended up forgetting to select no ice on the app (done that before lol and usually they have no problem adjusting it when I mention it at the drive thru speaker). However this time around the older lady manager of Dunkin told me that “it’s already made when you order ahead so no I can’t do that”. That definitely surprised me so I said okay no problem. I waited to get to the window (in a line for 10 min ish) and mentioned to the manager working the window if she could at least take out some ice out of my drink. Read moreNever fails, I get in the drive thru of the DD 1/2 mile away from this one and creep, creep. Then before I'm committed I break out of line and zoom this DD. This line always moves and the food is the same. Plus it's attached to a convenience store, gas station and car wash. One day I'm going to zoom back to the other DD after getting my stuff and see who's still in that line moving at glacial speed. While sipping my coffee. I needed to check how much money I had before getting a smoothie added to my order and the entire time they were making it, they were yelling "Well she needs to be parked now" "Park her NOW". As a customer that makes me feel rushed and as though they're bothered with my order. Then to top it off I'm already rushing to work and they made my smoothie with so much extra vanilla bean that the smoothie tasted gross....
