Dunphy's Ice Cream Store — Restaurant in Bristol

Right near my house, nice family owned small businesses. Ice cream is great, prices are great and very clean. Some recommendations I have is to add more tables to sit at. My little ones can’t sit at the high tops. Also, take payment before you make the ice cream. I realized the last two times it was so difficult to pay after I had my cone. I would recommend some updating the interior and some painting/renovations to freshen the place up. Also, maybe add more chairs outside to the other side of the door, or even block off 1 parking spot right in front to add tables/chairs.

The ice cream might taste good, but the prices are ridiculously high! We got a medium soft serve cone and a dish with two scoops (no toppings) totaling change short of $10! Won't be back

And in response.. looks like you can't handle an honest review based on your aggressive response. Bottom line prices are too high and it's not just your place, it's all over inflation these days. Your portions are no bigger then I've seen elsewhere by the way. One can go to the grocery store and get 4 containers of ice cream on sale for $10. No loss here, ice cream is not a necessity. Visited Dunphys today still the best place to go too in bristol, the owners are fabulous people to speak and hold a brief conversation with and extremely cordial, they always make you very comfortable in their shop.
