Is there a way to leave a 0? Normally I don’t leave reviews at all, but felt the need to this evening. Ok so myself and the family go in, we order. I asked for a GIANT steak and cheese with ONLY steak and cheese and nothing else. The guy asked do you want the peppers and onions etc to which I say no thank you just steak and cheese. The team calls my name and I notice that my order was not a giant size. I ask is this one for me? They said yes that is yours. I advised then that I ordered a giant so I asked was I charged for the smaller size. I was only charged for the regular sized but they said they will make another one for me at no charge. I said no, not sure if it was a supervisor, but a female with tattoos said why not it’s no charge? I said no thank you. She said don’t be mean about it we already have it on the grill and only a few minutes to wait. Again I said no, please don’t waste the food, I’m fine. I start to walk out and hear her say GEEZ you don’t have to be mean, which she likely didn’t think I heard, but I did and said back, I’m not being mean, I told you not to put more food down. She then yelled at the guy that took my order (in front of other patrons) and said “PAY MORE ATTENTION”. So long story short we leave. We get just outside the parking lot and something said check your food. Sure enough the order was incorrect. I drive back to bring the sandwich back because I had ordered a steak and cheese with nothing else. I walk in and the associate clearly wasn’t happy to see me. I said not only did your team not listen to the size(which I was ok with) but the order itself is incorrect. She opens the sandwich and said this is what you ordered. I reply back with, I ordered a steak and cheese only, no peppers or onions etc. I said please refund my card. She yelled at the guy that made the sandwich and said “did this customer really order the way he said he did? The guy (curly hair, pony tail) said YES he did and that was my mistake, very sorry. The lady, I assume the supervisor yelled at him again in front of several patrons. Being a leader in retail myself I would never do that in front of patrons. Just so poorly run. Read moreFirst time I've been to a Jersey Mike's, the food was delicious! I'll start with that. We arrived at about 12pm, there were a few people waiting but nothing crazy we had no idea where to order, no one greeted us, finally they send us to the place to order. The woman was a little argumentative on whether I said regular or mini which was not necessary. They took my husband's name for the order "Mike". Meanwhile we go to sit and wait thinking this is what we do we're called back up to put toppings on my sandwich which I was unaware I had to do, but we were given no direction from anyone and confused. So we sit and wait after this. The call Mike 10 mins after, meanwhile there are 2 other Mike's behind us waiting for there orders. One of these gentlemen start to argue with us that, that was their sandwich. We ignore it and move on to getting drinks. Lady at the register asks us to give back the sandwich that it was his. So we did and continued to wait another 10 mins. They call Mike and called out a sandwich that was not his so we didn't bother walking up. After another 10 mins my husband asks the girl if it's his cause that's not what he ordered. She had no idea what to do. My husband sat down again, the cashier calls him up and says it's his sandwich. We check it at the table and it's not what we ordered. Unbelievable, I understand it's busy but get your act together and stop arguing with customers. Will not be back. I'd steer clear unless you have and hour to wait for...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have been here. And while the 1st time I made an email complaint I got a replacement sandwich--it does not make the mistakes any better.
The first time I got a sandwich I ordered my sandwich with add bacon. Went all the way home, no bacon I really wanted bacon!!!
This 2nd time was yesterday. MIND YOU, I am celiac and am gluten free. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One for me, one for my dad. His is not Gluten free. We both ordered tuna, but mine had no tomatoes and mine had banana peppers on it. Clearly a difference!!
Got home-- seems like the sandwiches were "switched" because the one labeled "gluten free" was my dad's. Not going to risk it when I have an autoimmune disease.
Had to go ALL the way back. Yes they did make both sandwiches over. But point remains I had to waste gas. Yes I could have opened the sandwich there. But WHY should I have to. When I am PAYING FOR MY FOOD, and for it to be correct!!
Never going here again!!! Immature people there talking about senseless things as you young guys are working! Yes have fun and laugh while you work. But the topics were uncalled for. Maybe you could get orders right.
