McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol

Me and my husband were out getting breakfast on a Sunday morning first and foremost I live in Brooklyn Ny but never did we think in our wildest moments that it turned into a nightmare!! The worker took our order his attitude was great but things took a turn for the worst 😬 when the manager brought our food out we explained nicely that there needed to be some adjustments…. Her attitude turned nasty and she went to the worker and Barked at him you did the order wrong!! The manager said it in a loud aggressive way we overheard it !! So being the people that we are we went and said it’s not the worker’s fault and as a manager maybe she shouldn’t have talked That way to her worker !! She immediately became like a junkyard dog that they keep at the junkyard 👀🤬 The manager Threatened me and my husband!! Said we better have insurance for the hospital !! Picked up a number table placer at us !! Never again will I frequent that restaurant or maybe a McDonald’s ever!! This behavior is unacceptable especially by a manager or any human being to be treated this way because we were doing the right thing by trying to explain it wasn’t the workers fault about a simple situation that could have been handled Way Differently!! That sooo called manager was aggressive and very confrontational and combative with us 😡 Never in my Lifetime have I had a manager come at me like that She was threatening and we got our money back and got out of that hostile environment !! I wish I could rate it lower... This order and this McDonald's was literally the worst experience I've ever had from McDonald's. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup to quickly get my order on my way to work and the third was cold the extra chicken I paid for.. and the soda syrup needed to be changed it was half seltzer.. I almost threw up when a drank it... And that's not even all. I sat there in the curbside spot until the app changed from saying it'll be out in a couple minutes to say I hope you enjoy it.. then I went inside because my food still didn't come out yet. Stood there for 10 minutes before somebody even acknowledged me. I didn't waited another 5 minutes to get the disgusting meal that I mentioned above. THE WORST!! WHILE STANDING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME I'M WATCHING THE MANAGER QUIETLY YELLING AT EVERYBODY BEHIND THE GRILL BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T LISTENING THEY WEREN'T DOING THEIR JOBS. SHE HAD NO CONTROL OF ANY OF THE PEOPLE SHE WAS MANAGING. . SO AFTER I GOT MY FOOD I WENT BACK OUT TO THE CAR WHICH IS WHEN I REALIZED THE EXTRA CHICKEN PATTY THAT I PAID FOR I'M THE ONE SANDWICH WASN'T THERE. I GO BACK INSIDE STOOD THERE FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES ONLY FOR THEM TO TAKE ANOTHER COLD CHICKEN PATTY AND PUT IT ON TOP OF THAT EXISTING COLD SANDWICH. Absolutely despicable...

This restaurant should cease taking orders from McDelivery until they can sort out comprehension problems from staff. Every time I place an order from McDelivery, I am missing items. This has happened multiple times. The only reason why we continue to place orders is that we are often running late to events on weekend mornings. This morning, not only was I missing two items - but they made my order incorrectly - I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, in a combo - received a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin with no hash brown. Previous orders, we did not receive hash browns, the time before that, they were missing my daughter’s pancakes from the order. This restaurant is scamming people, consistently accepting payment for items that they do not provide. Do not come here or place orders from this location unless you don’t care about what you receive or don’t care if you’re missing items from your order - they will NEVER get it right. I even put in the notes to check the order due to the frequency in which this happens and it clearly wasn’t checked. Support local, they are honest and do not steal your money like this McDonalds does, on a routine basis. It’s more predictable that they’ll mess up the order than it is to receive what you...
