I usually go late at night to the drive-thru and almost never have to wait in a line. I don't have to wait for my reasonably small orders to be prepared, either. I'm not a fat redneck who rambles incoherently to order a dozen+ items, then backtracks on the order to change something, and expects it all to be made in less than a minute. Many people just need to learn how to order food. I keep my orders simple and I speak with loud, perfectly enunciated English at a slow pace to ensure everyone with a headset in there can understand me - and I almost never get a wrong order! Imagine that! They are always nice to me, too.
One thing I really hate about this location is the inconsistent closing time. It alternates throughout the week between 11PM and 12AM and I can never remember their schedule unless I Google it first. I believe it used to be 12AM on almost every night for a long time but now it's every other night. That makes no sense to me. What kind of fast food restaurant closes at 11 PM on a Friday night near the center of town?
Another thing I dislike is that EVERY McDonald's location in the country, just like this location (I have been to many locations all over), does not teach their employees how to properly wrap their sandwiches and burgers - they are halfway falling out of the wrappers most of the time! You must be careful when handling them or else they'll slip out of the side and onto the floor. Get a burger from Burger King and you'll see how expertly theirs are wrapped. I can't imagine why McD's won't change this one simple thing; it's the way in which the wrappers are printed to indicate what's inside and they have no choice but to wrap things haphazardly?
Breakfast all day? Well, that's limited. Not only are the choices limited, the breakfast food served during non-breakfast hours are completely different than what is served in the morning. Get a biscuit from them during the morning and then one from later in the day and you'll see that they use some kind of weird fake biscuits which have a spongy texture... they're definitely not the made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits like what's served during real breakfast.
For the three previous reasons, I must deduct three stars. It's an average McDonald's; nothing more,...

I ordered 2 mcflurrys, waited 10 minutes for nothing to happen before entering the store where I was ignored for 10 minutes at the mobile order counter before asking someone for assistance. She happened to be the manager who explained to me that she was busy and had ignored it. lucky for her I happened to be standing there for 10 minutes watching and listening as they complained about being busy and how they were going to continue to ignore my order because they didn't know how to handle it.
A manager and a drive thru person couldn't find 1 minute to make 2 mcflurrys and run them out to a waiting customer over the course of 20 minutes. again I ask, why even have a mobile order option if you cannot support it. please turn it off if you have limited staff instead of screwing your customers and ignoring them for 20 minutes.
Based on what I saw in the restaurant tonight, I won't be visiting at dinner service anymore, and will be skipping on by if I see that manager working again. During my time waiting I overheard her complain multiple times about various orders, spend over 6 minutes stating they were missing a big Mac for another order but not getting one made while that customers food sat there getting cold, then watched as she knocked over the salt distributer cup for the fries onto the dirty floor and then pick it up and reuse it for the next...
Read moreOkay, so when you go to eat fast food you expect a 1-5 minute wait. I get that things may be busy, backed up, short-handed, or even running out of things. When you wait you expect to get the correct food, and everything you ordered. My visit with this Mcdonalds was..... eh. I walked up to the front where my order was taken by some girl named courtney. she was wearing a black shirt with a red scarf (manager). She was quick, to the point, but during the order she was also talking to some other manager?! Like, hello? Can I please finish my order. Then she left off my drink. Fine. I re-ordered, but she made it clear it was MY fault. I apparently didn't tell her I needed one. Fine. Whatever. The Dr. Pepper was great. My mcdouble was messy, & the cheese was on the COMPLETE side of the burger. Fine. What made me really angry was when I was completely ignored when I asked for a ranch. I know you charge, I will pay. But don't turn around & say hey to your cooks. I asked again, to another lady I heard called Brooke. She said sure, & just gave me the sauce. but it was busted so I just left. Not worth the effort. Also, if it's slow & not busy there... don't expect fresh fries. Order them fresh or you won't get them. I gave my dog the fries & he wouldn't even go for it. Alright, Mcdonalds. Alright. I think next time I'll choose taco bell, sonic, or pals. Also, total wait time 7-8...
