I'm going to be brutally honest, this McDonald's location is the worst I've ever visited. The drive-thru line was incredibly long, and I understand that it was late at night, but the poor customer service and attitude from the staff made it even more unbearable. When I tried to place my order, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. To make matters worse, they messed up my order and forgot to include my two large fries. When I pointed out the mistake, they simply told me "too bad" and expected me to accept it. I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown to me as a customer. It's unacceptable to be treated this way, especially at a well-known brand like McDonald's. As someone who runs restaurant, I can assure you that our staff would never speak to a guest with such disrespect. What really took the cake was when I asked who the manager was, only to be told that they didn't know. The staff couldn't even provide a name or title, let alone any sense of accountability. It's clear that this location needs some serious training and improvement in terms of teamwork and humility. As a result, I didn't go back to the drive-thru to try to resolve the issue, fearing that it would escalate into a bigger problem. Now I'm stuck at home, trying to explain to my pregnant wife why I didn't get her fries from McDonald's. She's understandably upset with me, and Needless to say, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this location...
Read moreI can't wait for the opportunity to give negative stars......because this McDonald's at 646 Farmington Ave Ct wouldn't even qualify for negative stars!!!!!!!!! I ordered online and got an error message saying I should see an associate inside. I went inside the store and was there for almost 10mins with ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOOOOO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!!!!! I counted at least 5 employees (in their uniforms). One girl came to the register and was there for over 2 mins then she went to the lobby drink station and then back around the counter. She along with the others repeatedly looked at myself and the other customers who had entered the store minutes after I did. ALL the employees I saw were preparing online and drive through orders which makes me wonder if lobby orders are not a part of the business. Why were the doors open then? One customer disclosed that the store downtown Bristol is even worse and that's why she was at this store. I left the store because no kind words were gonna come outta ma mouth at this point. This location needs to be closed and these people go find some jobs where they only clean toilets so they don't have to deal with the public. SHAME ON...
Read moreThis McDonalds has been here for decades. The staff is friendly, and they do a good job. The food prices have gotten a little crazy over the years, but that is what was inevitable when the minimum wage increased to such a high amount. The prices are only going to get worse as the wages rise toward $15.00 per hour. There are less employees these days, which I have no doubt is another effect of the increased wages they are forced to pay. I liked it better when there were more people working to get you in and out. I'm also not a fan of the electronic menu board that constantly changes (while you're looking at it). I still like McDonalds fries, but a small is now over $2.00 and is not worth it anymore. The last time I had a cheeseburger, it reminded me of the commercials from their competitors that ran back in the 80's... Where's the beef? I don't think there is any in there. - They are now sad little things. Bang for the buck, I still like the McChicken. They have some specials they run too that are priced well. McDonald's is not what it once was. The area is busy but considering that it isn't too bad getting in and out of here - the side...
