Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Bristol

We ordered Moe's for our office today via their website. When we got back to the office, after picking up our order, we realized one of the orders was wrong and another order was completely missing. We called and they said the missing order was sitting on the counter because the employee who put our order together had left and we could come get it if we wanted. No apologies or anything. We also informed them one of the orders was missing guacamole and sour cream and they said they would include sides with the other order. When our boss got there to pick everything up, he had to turn around and go back a third time to get the sides that they forgot again. When he got back to the office, we realized they still forgot to include a drink and a cookie. On top of the incomplete order, the food was terrible. The chicken and beef were both tough, the steak was stringy, and the salsas were flavorless. I usually just let things like this go and never write reviews, however, about two hours after we ate lunch, three employees were in the bathroom vomiting. Terrible delivery and take outs. This is the second time in few weeks I had ordered food from this particular location of Moe's and the order (#7611107) was missing items in kids meals (no cookies and drinks) and had incorrect salsa for us and missing drinks. Usually i don't complain about minor stuff but this seems to be frequent for this location and has happened to my neighbor too. As soon as the food was delivered at our door and I saw empty cups on the very top of my bag, I called up the Doordash driver Abdul (phone number ending in 2186), he shook his responsibility by saying he asked the restaurant if all stuff was in the bag, not sure how he didn't see empty cups of top of the bag and offered no apologies that he might have missed and suggested me call Moes... now the fun begins I called up Moe's and no one would pick the phone, I was holding more that 20 minutes hoping someone would answer it.

Located in S&S Plaza on Farmington Ave, between GameStop and Starbucks..Moe’s has reopened after closing to remodel. Looks great in there and up to par with Southington store. Service - absolutely awesome with them greeting everyone walking in. Assembly line service with one guy getting the orders started and then passing down to the next. Noticed they use different stickers if you have the app. Food - ordered the homewrecker to see how they make it compared to the Southington store. It was about half the size…basically a scoop and a half of rice that didn’t cover the bottom..then the fixins. Didn’t ask if I wanted chips, just automatically gave them. Lost a star on food solely because of the portioning compared to the other 2 stores. (Southington and Brookfield when it was open).
