Other than an issue with a $25 gift card they never made good on about a year ago, theyre usually pretty good. This time was frustrating though. First the nuggets were so small. 12 pepperoni and 6 jalapeno. All very small. We also ordered (via their mobile app) a half sheet pizza with alfredo sauce. They accepted my order and my credit card only to find out they don't make half sheet pizzas with alfredo sauce. We were told the half sheets are premade and have red sauce already on them. Off-putting if true.
If you're reading this, Antonio's, you should probably remove the options from your app that you don't actually offer. Rather confusing and frustrating for your customers.
Amending this review since I can't create a new one. Would be delighted to give another 1 star review after most recent experience. Ordered pepperoni nuggets with cheese and 2 ranch, no marinara. Of course received nuggets without cheese and no ranch, only marinara. Called and spoke to manager. He offered to make new ones or remove the nuggets from bill. Elected to have new ones delivered. 2 hours later driver arrives and apologies and informs me that the manager told him to let me know entire bill was being taken off. Said they wanted to keep our business. It's been nearly 2 weeks and it still hasn't been credited back.
Guess you really weren't too concerned with keeping our business after all.
Bye Antonio's. It was a good couple of decades...
Read moreNot a good night for Antonio's. My husband was ignored for just under 10 minutes when picking up the food. Staff was in the back chatting it up. He had to open the door 4 times to get their attention. When he got home with the food, NOTHING had sauces. No tartar, no marinara, no Ray's. Upon me the pregnant wife driving back to the location to get said sauce, I walked in to see only one man doing his job at the oven. 5 minutes later a girl comes out as if another gentleman and I have not been standing there for far too long. She couldn't find his food, which even he pointed out was in the window but his food also did not have marinara. I had to wait another 7 minutes to get my sauces because she didnt know where to find them!? She claimed she doesnt work in the kitchen...no excuse to not be able to grab sauces. Also if she doesnt work in the kitchen, why was she back there for so long and not at the front desk doing her job when my husband came in and when I came in?!
Staff needs to get it together! Im sure the food would have gotten a better rating if I was able to eat my fried fish WARM. Sincerely, a usually extremely satisfied customer who happen to find the dumpster fire...
Read moreBest pizza place in Broadview Hts & North Royalton area. If you have not tried antonios pizza yet I highly suggest you do. Yes, its a little more expensive than the big chain stores but well worth the extra cost, its delicious. The Una Bella is my favorite (love the meatballs on it) but if you dont like meat there are 3x veggie specialty pizzas. Try the bruschetta pizza which comes with a white garlic sauce. They have tons of specialty pizzas to choose from or build your own. They also offer a bunch of other food if you or others in your family want something other than pizza. Salads, calzones, stromboli, chicken parm, rigatoni, wings, chicken tenders, jo jo fries and a bunch more that would take too long to list. Check out the menu on their website cuz there is something for everyone on it. I wish they had more "special offers" & "promo codes" like the big chains offer. I would order more often if they did. They had a pepperoni Sicilian Square deal months ago that included a 2 liter pretty cheap. I would order it 1 or 2 times a week lol. I also like supporting local family owned businesses like antonios instead of giving my money to...
