If you’re looking for some fantastic tasting Italian food, this is definitely a place to try. Their marinara was without a doubt some of the most delicious sauce I’ve had. The baked goat cheese appetizer is something I would recommend ordering. It’s served warm with crostinis and marinara sauce. It was a great way to start off our meal. We also had the Traditional Calamari appetizer with marinara. Tender & great tasting hand breaded calamari. Our entrees consisted of the Orange Roughy Piccata and the Gnocchi Bolognese (photos shown). Both dishes did not disappoint. We were far too full for dessert, but we did see the tray with the dessert options pass by our table several times. They looked incredibly tempting. Our server Gina was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great of us. This was our first visit to D’Agnese’s, but it absolutely won’t be our last. Our meals, service, and total experience were by far the best we’ve had in quite some time.

Very nice atmosphere. Service was great. Food was good. We had 2 appetizers of crab stuffed mushrooms and artichokes. Although they were ok. I would not order again. Our 3 dinners were oven roasted orange roughy...my friend enjoyed it. Shrimp linguini was enjoyed by my other friend. I had the chicken D'agnese with a side of pasta. The chicken was supposed to come with an artichoke. Since no artichoke was on my plate I had to ask. Our server brought 2 out. It was the same as the fried artichoke we had for the appetizer which surprised me. My side of pasta was very hard. More then al dente. I didn't eat it. I hardly ate the chicken. We had dessert of carrot cake and raspberry cream brulee. Carrot cake was good but I didn't care for the raspberries inside the cream brulee. I assumed it would be on top. All in all it was a nice evening. I would order something different when going back.

We sat at the bar and it was a good vibe. The seasonal Mango Chili Sangria⭐️ was the star of bar. It had a really nice kick bc of the red chili pepper which propelled it to stardom. We started with the Caprese salad and it was a shareable portion size. The tomatoes 🍅 were “Out of the Garden” fresh. We had the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and it was creamy and well flavored. It did not transport me to Italy 🇮🇹 like i hoped it would but overall it was good. We also ordered the Lumped Crab Shrimp Risotto. I didn’t taste it but I was told it was good. The meals came out fast. Very fast actually. The bar tenders we friendly. I would go back.

DRIVE AN EXTRA 8 MINUTES TO VISIT THE LOCATION IN BROADVIEW HEIGHTS.

We went to Dinner at D'Agneses Bistro in Seven Hills for a special occassion. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant - no other tables were seated. We had to ask for the early bird menu because the server did not bring it to us although we were there during the early bird hours. We ordered drinks while we looked over the menus, and before we even finished our drinks half way she had come back 3 times asking if we were ready to order in an annoyed tone. Finally we were ready to order - the early bird special comes with soup, then salad prior to the meal. The server brought the soup and salad out together which has never happened to us there before. The server RACHEL haphazardly sat the soup and salad down. We began to feel rushed however attempted to continue enjoying our time. I requested to try another glass of wine, a different type, and she started saying it wasn't available by the glass, which would be fine however it was listed either by the glass or by the bottle on the menu. She argued with me then looked over the menu to find she was wrong. She got the glass of wine and did not apologize. Then my husband was asking questions about some different beers, she let out a clear and loud sigh as if she was deeply bothered by us asking any questions at all. Meanwhile by this point there were only one other table seated - the restaurant was not busy and this was quite obvious. She was completely rude. She was clearly angry and annoyed by our presence. Our total bill wasn't small - $70 - which is higher than average during the early bird hours. As we were leaving, we told her how poor we found her service. She became IRATE, began SCREAMING and told us never to return. Normally a restaurant would apologize and offer some type condolences when a customer experiences poor service. We have been long time customers for over 25 years, and are very sad to see this relationship end. We began goign to the oirignal location, and started dining here when it opened.

This "server" RACHEL stated she was married to one of the owners. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and highly encourage you to drive an extra 8 minutes to the D'Agneses on route 82...

We had reservations for seven at D’Agnese’s, Broadview Hts , Wednesday, 12/23/15 at 7:00 pm. Our reservation was for 7 people, and upon arrival were seated promptly. The waitress stopped by and took a drink order included a bottle of wine and a glass of sprite. She had difficulty locating the bottle of wine and needed the number associated with the wine on the wine list. The drinks, including the bottle of wine and other drinks were served except the glass of Sprite. The waitress had to be reminded that the glass of sprite was not served. It took another 5 – 7 minutes to bring the glass of sprite. She took our menu selections and after a lengthly time brought the salads to our table. some in our party ordered soup instead of salads and when delivered, no spoons for the soup. The waitress eventually brought the spoons and while eating the salads delivered appetizers to those who ordered an appetizer. I believe the appetizers should have been delivered first and when finished the salad. I had a salad and appetizer in front of me at the same time. We reminded the waitress that we wanted no meals delivered before all appetizers and salads were eaten. When the food was served she did not know who ordered what and she was short one meal. It took another 5 – 10 minutes for the other meal to be served. As the evening progressed, the waitress was virtually absent. We had to keep looking around for her to appear to refresh drinks and water. When everyone was finished with their meal, she wanted a desert order. No offer for coffee or after dinner drinks was made. We paid our checks and left.

The food was excellent, the service was the worst I have encountered at...

I recently revisited this restaurant after having a good experience the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. Our waitress took our order, and we decided on the calamari appetizer. I also asked if they served bread, and she reassured us that it would be coming.

When our entrées finally arrived, I had ordered the blackened salmon, but I wasn’t aware that it came with balsamic vinegar on top. Usually, the waitress would mention key ingredients, but another person brought the dish out. When I expressed that I didn’t know about the balsamic and wouldn’t have ordered it that way, she dismissed my concern, telling me to "just taste it." I declined, but she continued to push back, making the situation uncomfortable.

I finally said I didn’t want the dish, and she initially refused to take it back, offering instead to scrape off the balsamic. I insisted on a fresh one, and she eventually agreed—but without giving me the option to order something else or cancel my meal entirely. The situation left me so frustrated that when she returned, I told her I felt insulted. Instead of handling it professionally, she revealed that she was actually the assistant manager, which made things even worse.

By the end of the meal, she offered a half-hearted apology but never attempted to make things right—no complimentary dessert, no discount, nothing. Meanwhile, our original server ignored the situation, too busy with a larger table to acknowledge what had happened.

Overall, the customer service was terrible. Even though the food was decent, the experience was so disappointing that I will never return or recommend this...
