Dunkin' — Restaurant in Broadview Heights

Everyday I go to Dunkin’. I spend on average $17-30 a day there. I work 40 hours a week, and have been homeless for the last month. So I go there to get my food on my days off or before I go to work. Well, after I spent $30 today in food and drinks and sat in my car so I can get WiFi while I eat-(which I have done a lot this last week due to me working in this city) Dunkin’s GM instructed their shift lead to call the cops on me for sitting in my car for “too long” at their premises. Cop told me I must leave and I am never aloud to come back. So I now know after 9 years of wasting money at this establishment and the nonstop discrimination I have faced since being homeless that this company doesn’t deserve the customer’s hard earned money since they literally could care less about their customers to begin with.

So thank you Dunkin’ for showing me to not give my money to your company anymore. Sad it took me 9 years of continued business to...

Ok, so I normally dont do this but today I have to. I went to this Dunkin Donuts and I had the ABSOLUTE WORST DRINK. First I had to tell them that they forgot the drizzle topping then when I pull out of the parking lot to taste my drink and head on the road it was absolutely DISGUSTING. I ordered a mocha frozen coffee and what they gave me was a VERY RAW AND UNFLAVORFUL DRINK. It was so bad that when I got to work I tried to put sugar in it and that made it worse. Ultimately I had to throw the drink in the trash. I tried to find my receipt to call them back and make a complaint but they did not give me a reciept. I am so tired of the lousy customer service and I am absolutely fed up with the terrible drinks they have given me. I am so tired and fed up going there every day and I have to tell them how to make their own drinks. Absolutely pathetic and I will never go there again. This is totally unacceptable on every level...

Oh my goodness I've been meaning to leave a review forever now. I moved over here a little over a year ago. I start work at 5 am during the week and this location is on my way.so I am always there around 445 give or take. I don't know where to start but the two different women that I always see during the week ( yes, I come here at least 4 out of 5 mornings sometimes five 😬)lol they are AMAZING. ALWAYS friendly and so fast. I'm usually still rubbing sleep out of my eyes at 430am but they are so AMAZING.EVERYTIME. I don't know how they do it. The one woman, I just saw her again this morning picking up my coffee and it reminded me. I finally need to leave a review, I should have gotten her name. They both deserve a reward for just constantly being the best service and going above and beyond. Truly wonderful. I wish I could tip in my Dunkin app. Love this location so much 🩵❤️🩵 keep it up ladies....
