Broadview heights McDonald’s on route 82… regarding REGINA and the terrible service. I went to McDonald’s tonight waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes at least the woman at the drive-through when I finally got up to the line told me she closed at 10:30 PM I told her it wasn’t 1030 yet it was 10:28 PM and on Google it says you don’t close until 11. So I told her I just waited in line for 30 minutes and she told me oh no you did not wait in line for 30 minutes, then she started laughing over the speaker. At that time I said I actually did and you’re incredibly rude. I said can I please have your name and I would also like your supervisors name and she insisted that didn’t have one of those, she was the manager there. but anyways, her name is Regina. she finally told me me and I said thank you I will be calling your corporate office because you speak so rude to people and she said over the speaker “fuck you.” And I need to mention that before I got to the drive-through she was over the speaker in the drive-through talking to a coworker about the people that were coming through the drive-through and how she just couldn’t stand it and I heard her from my vehicle. She must not know know how to operate a microphone either. I did call corporate office noon a and I’m waiting a call back that is the most unprofessional service that I’ve ever experienced really anywhere to be honest with you. People with that kind of attitude and that speaks that way to customers should not be employed in the customer service industry and I’m sad for her because she needs some happiness...
Read moreWas told to “you know what , get out out of “my” (his) line, im the manager &I’m not serving you today” simply because I said I don’t have a code to use I just want a happy meal and that ill pull up the QR code so they could scan it, to receive points for my purchase on the app when I get to the window to pay, as I normally would when I’m using something that’s NOT going to change or need to modify my order but the app was taking long to load and i could’ve been ordering, moving ahead while it loaded yet I was told “I understand it’s taking a while to load but it actually works out better for us” I in no way was rude, hostile or even complained. I simply stated that I’m on a timed lunch break and instead of getting a lecture I would like to receive customer service that works out for me too. I didn’t know that the manager that works at this location at 2:45pm 10/01/24 owns the place and is within his company policy to refuse service to customers who are not hostile, expect courtesy and professionalism, I had 3 cars move ahead of me during this intersction where I was basically told to cater to him, yet he’s the one being paid to provide a service not make me wait to order while I’m at the speaker, aggressively lecture me and then attack me when I say I simply just want to order my food I don’t even care about the code...
Read moreIf this is the McDonald's on Medina Rd in Fairlawn, I would give it a negative rating 8f possible! Sat in line for 11minutes. Got to the speaker, waited another 3-4minutes. I placed my order to the girl with a massive attitude problem. I watched the screen display 4x different orders that none of which were mine. Waited another 2min and finally asked if she was still there. She snapped at me with an extreme attitude and when I asked if she got my order because I never saw it populate on the screen. She again snapped at me saying: "Yes, it was on the screen! Your total was $11.16! Pull around!!" I was not at all happy with that kid needing an attitude adjustment! Waiting another 3min waiting to get to the window, I left the line. I called and spoke with a young man claiming to be a manager. I explained my disappointment! Not only did that make me late, but it was not a pleasant experience! I stressed to him, I want nothing free, I expected nothing more than she be addressed for such a horrible customer service experience!
