If there was an option to give negative stars I would. Upon pulling up to this location there was a lone of about 5 people, not the worst I have seen a dunks. I decided to go in, behind me enter about 3 other people. After about 10 mins of waiting 2 of the 3 people left. The big issue is that there where about 4-5 workers on. One was outside chilling in the corner of the building, one was in the back room staring into the lobby at people, the other was behind the counter hiding in the corner, one was behind the counter, appearing to be restocking cups that where nearly full, and the other just walked in about 5 mins prior. During my 30 min wait to get a coffee these staff did nothing but ignore people, in fact the one in the back at one point walked past and brushed up against the donut display with an open red biohazard bag(health violation much). After I orders I watched people after people after people, about 3-4 orders before me get there order and leave ( becuase people started getting angry the two workers finally decided to work) after about 10 mins i stopped a worker and said "I've been waiting 10 mins for a coffee I already ordered?" Come to find out there wasn't even a cup made for my order. The worker apologized but then also threw in there "I just got here".... this is a restaurant... customers don't care how long anyone has been anywhere they don't want to wait 40 mins for a coffee. This is not an outlying issue this location is always horrible, I've given it multiple chance and I will never come here again.... I urge other...
Read moreI live, literally, around the corner from this Dunkin' location. When they tore down the old buildings down to the ground for "remodeling", we were excited, because we had heard about the new design of the new concept stores.
We have been to the new location several times since they opened about a month ago. They consistently get our orders wrong, and they don't seem to care. The employees are less than enthusiastic to be there - heck, I think even "friendly" is an overstatement, and seem much more concerned with chatting with each other than serving (obviously waiting) customers.
I will only be back because it's so close...but I will always check my order before I leave! And I won't be recommending them, either.
They also changed the phone number from the old store in that location, but didn't update it ANYWHERE - the old number is still on the Dunkin' site locator, on Google, on Yelp, and everywhere else I could find a directory online. When I called 411 for information, they don't have a listing for them at all! I can't update the number anywhere, because there is no way for anyone to verify the correct number. So if you get home and you have the wrong order, you can't...

I dressed in a blue t-shirt, khaki shorts, and my black and brown Jordan's with white soles. Due to the rain, I added a black sleeveless Northface jacket.
Just a minute's walk away, I headed to the Dunkin' Donuts located at the intersection of North Pearl Street and Oak Street Extension. Inside, I ordered the $6 deal, which included a drink, bacon eggs, and hash browns. I opted for hot coffee with extra cream and equal, paired with the other two items. I also got an extra hash brown.
However, in my haste, I forgot my jacket with my phone, keys, and hotspot inside the Dunkin' Donuts." "I returned to the store and approached a lady who was working by herself. I asked if anyone had turned in a Northface jacket, but...
