Flo's Pizza & Roast Beef — Restaurant in Brockton

So me and my co workers order from Flo , I called and made 3 different orders while ordering the food I told them that if it’s ok to pay with 3 different cards because it was 3 different order the guy on the phone said it was ok . So when the delivery guy got there mind you we work at the Brockton hospital which is next door to Flo’s anyway the guy got there with our order while signing the receipt we all gave him a tip and notice that we was charged deliver fee of $1.50 3 different times , I called Flo’s a male answer I asked him why did they charge us 3 delivery fee’s if the order was going to the same place and department , the men then said why are you complaining about $2 and when I tell you he was so rude saying it’s only $2 and it common sense when you pay with different cards that how it is . I told him that I wasn’t complaining about it I just wish the men that took our order explained that to us he went on and saying that they will not explain that to all the customer , I then asked who’s the manager/ owner he said he was then I told him wow your the owner And that’s how you speak to your customers he then said yes . I was disgusted how he was speaking to me honestly I will never order from them again neither will my co worker . He was rude and then hang up the phone on me . All he had to do was Apologize and explain that when you use a different card that it charges a fee that’s all . When I tell you my coworkers and people that worked at the hospital was surprised and was saying that’s not right , but service was bad especially from the owner that’s how you want to run your business we’ll continue like that you will end up with no customers . You just lost a few from the hospital . We will never order from...

I used to come here in the beginning and the owner was very nice but suddenly that changed he started getting lazy hiring cooks who was careless and trust me before making this post I asked him numerous times if he could cook the food to my preference which wasn’t rocket science it was easy like extra cheese toast the bread not burn it and he was on the money the first three times then after that you can see the difference he would put large amounts of mayo (being a cheapskate)and try to play it off like extr cheese which is like what in the world is this guy thinking!!!!! And trust me it wasn’t the cooks it was him I’ll get into the cooks in a sec (he told me when I first made a complaint about the food he would personal make it himself) after a few mess up I just came to the conclusion better find another spot….but wait there more after a few months I decided to come back and not get any subs or anything like that I decided to get wings thinking it should be easy…. So I ordered a few buffalo wings and they was soggy no crunch no nothing bland and then his workers would put it in a card board takeout box and smother it with buffalo sauce and I’m all for the buffalo sauce but they was over doing it to where it was seeping out the side and it would get all over the bag and napkins just a disaster and so with that being said you guys do what you please this is just my experience I wouldn’t recommend it anymore the owner lost his touch sadly and turned rude and the worker need to up there...

My first and very last order from here , ordered a lg pizza, Greek salad, sm steak and cheese and Buffalo wings.

1. pizza was ok not the best around based on reviews.

2. Greek salad was the best thing out of all , I mean you can’t mess up a salad!!!

3)steak and cheese was decent nothing out of this world.

4. last but not least the Buffalo wings , when they arrived it looked good and smelled good , but when my wife and I took our first bites into them , we bit into undercooked bloody meat ( which later made us sick ) !!!.

Called the store explained what happened they were apologetic and sent a new order right away., the delivery driver was also apologetic as well.

However they sent plain wings not Buffalo which I ordered Initially. Now the second order of wings were just as bad , hard as a rock, overcooked , couldn’t even chew the meat. So in all almost 60 dollars for just salad and pizza , and a side of upset stomachs and probably food poisoning from raw bloody meat..

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Ordering from here , we Would have been better off...
