Stella's Pizza — Restaurant in Brockton

Hi just wanted to say great pizza but as a former pizzashop owner myself at pizzanos pizza in whitman back in 06 to 10. I spoke with your delivery driver about how you use grubhub for creditcard orders and there ripping you and the customer off buy forcing you to charge $3.00 a topping because of there processing fees for you. Do yourself your business and your customers a favor it does not cost anything to obtain a creditcard processing machine if they charge you anything for it. It would not cost over $150 for the dam little machine and you will not be giving it away in processing fees. Grubhub is screwing the owner and customer. Stay away from anyone trying to sell you some super fabulous pos system that they claim can do everything for you you dont need it to except creditcards. Just a phone line and no excuses its not gonna tie up your business lines for orders or your ability to take orders. But it will definately get customers ordering more n that means more money like i said do yourself a favor and call moneytree and tell them you need a basic creditcard machine or a rep who can bring you one after speaking with them in your business. Cause even when you call sometimes the person answering the phone works on comission and might try and throw you a curve ball dont fall for it. Just ask for a rep to come out to your business that you want to put in a credicard machine that is landline n coaxial compatible. Its that simple n inexpensive. It shouldnt cost $17.50 for a lg 2 topping pizza threw you over the phone or $20.56 if you go threw grubhub and thats without delivery fee or tip. Your screwing yourself and the customer. Im just trying to way the pros and cons and as a former owner i obviously have both parties in thought which is why im recommending this...

FIVE STAR SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Experience: I first called to verify some options to get the food to my house and food in my mouth. The rep was personable and friendly, answered all my questions no problem. I then ordered online, and the prices were phenomenal! 3 large sized pizzas, onion rings, and ribs for only $70? Deal. I also found the site's layout attractive, easy to use, and felt comfortable entering my payment info. Placed the order, 45 minutes, okay. I got a call that the place is currently out of ribs, which they offered to change them to steak tips, no big deal to me. Waited 45 minutes and the driver gave me a heads up that he'll be there "in 2 minutes." Unlike a lot of places I've ordered from, he actually showed up 2 minutes later, I kid you not, exactly 45 minutes after placing the order, timing was on point! The driver was also very nice and I really liked that he was in basically full PPE since the Covid thing broke out. A lot of other places I see the delivery man not wearing a mask or gloves. Top that all off the food is dog gamn delicious! THANK YOU! I WILL ORDER AGAIN 100%! YOU HAVE EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Side Note: I grew up in Brockton, going to Angelo and then Plouffe in early schooling and I never knew Stella's Pizza was ordered by staff during fun events. So not only was this experience AWESOME, it also hit me in the feels and definitely struck a nostalgia nerve....

Me and my family have always gotten Stella’s sheet pizza for all of our Kids Birthday Party’s. (It never fails either, there’s always a parent at every party who asks, “where we got the delicious pizza!” We love bragging about Stella’s and sending new clientele their way!!!) As long as the child was fortunate enough to be born in any other season besides Summer!😉😁 As Summertime kids Birthday Party’s get hot dogs on the grill “YUCKY” right?😉🤣😂 The kids in this family definitely lose out if they are born in the summer. As Stella’s pizza is always a wonderful treat! Everything I have ever ordered from Stella’s is always delicious! Their sheet pizza always has just the right ratio of their scrumptious homemade sauce, as well as the best cheese available! Since Stella’s only uses the best ingredients available...even the amount of pepperoni, is just right for the sheet pizza and it’s so tasty! Plus it’s priced just right, in fact everything is priced perfectly. No matter what I order at Stella’s, whether for Birthday Party’s, Sleepovers, or just for a nice lunch at work or even dinner with the family “of course with an added dessert, to sneak away with in order to treat myself” It’s always so delicious and perfectly priced! The entire menu is fabulous and I have been getting food from Stella’s for over 30 years! Seriously, try them out...you won’t...
