China One — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, as it used to be my favorite Chinese food go-to place. No longer.

So many things wrong with my order tonight.

Starting with the wonton egg drop mix soup. Three wontons in a quart?? Most places give you five or six. All I got was three wontons. And then they only give you ONE small bag of noodles. Usually you get one bag when you order a pint, and two or three bags when you order a quart. Only one small bag. Not enough from me and my girlfriend. And then they want you to pay 50 cents for an extra bag?

Then there was the egg roll. The egg roll was literally half the size of any egg roll from any other restaurant. You could finish it in three bites. And it barely had any filling in it. It didn't even qualify as an egg roll. More like a an egg roll pop-em.

I ordered the House Special Egg Foo Young. I like a lot of gravy on mine. So I spent an extra $2 for extra gravy. My order came with two small containers - one was the gravy that would come with the food anyway, and the other one was the one I paid for. Both of these small containers were filled oly halfway. When you combined the two of them, they were not even as much gravy as you get normally from any other restaurant. Barely covered my dinner.

And God forbid they give you more than one packet of the different sauces - soy sauce, mustard, duck sauce, etc. One of each.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a Chinese restaurant in a very long time. I will be finding another place. They should be ashamed of themselves for the money...

I went to pick up a order, first when l called the guy that answered the phone was rude when i called to make my order but l kind of brushed it off because he sounded busy, he said 20 minutes so l wait until it was 30 minutes to pick up because l usually have to wait on my order, when l got there he didn’t even acknowledge me or anything but he seems busy so l just stand there waiting, after l waited like 10 more minutes he gives the order to someone already waiting and looks at me and tells me that he is working on my order l said ok and move to the side since is other people coming to pick up their orders, I waited another 10 minutes so l was looking down on my phone when he yells at me rudely and ask what do I need, l said l’m waiting in my order and he tells me rudely that he needs my number, l told him that he told me earlier that he was working on my order and he is all mad saying he’s busy and he can’t just guess what is my order, first of all he is rude on the phone then, yes l understand he is busy that’s why l waited another 10 minutes to pick up my order to get there and wait another 20 minutes for him to give me a nasty attitude???? Their food it’s ok but there is no way l’m going to deal with his nasty behavior, last time for us ordering there, there is plenty of places...

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This food is unsafe.I thought it was just a one time bad thing when I ordered previously so I let it go. But this is the second time that I've ordered the sesame chicken and gotten pieces that aren't even meat. It doesn't even chew up. And if you try to eat it the next day, it's even worse. Something is seriously bad about the grade of chicken they're using. It's like they just put the whole thing in a grinder, skin, feathers, hair, and all! We also waited over an hour for the delivery and the food was cold, overcooked, and hard, like it had been sitting out all day. We called at 6pm, so not an unreasonable time. The cheese wantons were so overcooked and hard, we had to break the corners off. The rice had no flavor and dry(It's not fried rice as advertised.It's just hard, dry, yellow rice). I can't even articulate how scary the chicken was. We stopped eating it. I took pics and saved the food. I then called, was placed on hold for longer than 5 minutes, and then was told that the manager would call me back. They never called me back! Really? I've never posted any type of review before but this deserves to be known. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CHINESE FOOD. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TASTES AWFUL AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS...
