I had the worst experience in the history of customer service at this location on 7/27/22! It escalated to me having to contact corporate office! I waited in the drive through line which was wrapped around the building before I was told to order at the window. I get to the window about 10 minutes later and the cashier was rude and nonchalant. I was asked if I wanted original or extra crispy. I requested extra crispy. The cashier came back minutes later telling me they were out. There was no remorse or offer to make a fresh batch. I then asked for original and was told to pull up and someone would be out with my order. I waited several minutes for my order. Meanwhile, I saw other cars get their orders and pulling off. While I understand their orders may have been different than mines, there was no communication if they were making my order fresh to go. I waited several more minutes and saw customers leaving out complaining about service and they wished me good luck. Shortly afterwards, I decided to go inside to request a refund. I observed an employee sitting in the dining room eating lunch. I walked over to the counter and asked to speak to a manager. I said "I'd like a refund". The manager non chalantly said"that's fine", took my receipt and slowly walked away. She didn't offer no apology , ask why did I want a refund and didn't try to retain me as a customer. Someone from door dash entered the store and the manager was kind to them . At that time I asked for a refund again and she asked for my card. I asked was she going to process it right away? The manager reply was "if I asked for the card obviously I am ". I was livid at that point! I asked how much longer will it take because by that time, I've wasted 40 minutes of my time. The manager said I had to wait until all the cars cleared the drive thru before she could process my refund , cars was literally wrapped around the building. It was after 7pm in the evening and i just got off work . Can you imagine how I felt after being told that and having waited so long already? On top of that , the manager walked as slow as she possibly could to process my refund. It it were not for that employee, Kevin, who was in the dining area , I don't know how worse it would have gotten. Kevin had to intervene which by the way , the manager yelled saying " I DONT NEED INTERVENING"! That manager doesn't need to be in that position because the other employees will mimic the same behavior and think it's okay to treat customers any kind of way. I ended up going to Popeyes across the street and received quick efficient and professional customer services. As long as that manager, Latressa, is there. I'm never going back...

It is improved much over the last year and since they have a service problem before and they were only serving wings from time to time. I am going to leave my previous review so that you can see what I am talking about and how greatly it has improved. So the following will be my old review. This is an update and I'm going to tell you as I say on Tulsa live go get you some awesome service in Kentucky Fried Chicken at this KFC in Broken Arrow. I'm not sure if they had a management change ownership change but the employees that are working there are much better than the ones that were there just a year ago.
Previous review a year ago : every time I want chicken and I have stopped in they seam to only have wings available and original crust. The people on the drive through act as if you are putting them out if you ask them for napkins, silverware, or plates. The few times I have actually got what I anted, the food was greasy...
Read moreMy family and I came here for dinner about a week ago, it was slow, maybe 2 other customers total in store dining and 1 car in drive thru. Our food was cold, Luke-Warm chicken, mashed potatoes, potato wedges, nearly everything we got was gross and no flavor. The only items that were hot and fresh were the 4 biscuits we ordered on the side. Cashier seemed to rush us through the ordering process, didn't ask if we wanted drinks so those of us who weren't sure if it came with our meal or not, were not offered to purchase our drinks and we had to ask twice for our cups following our order completion. The store was dirty, nearly every table and my 2yo had to sit in a highchair that was caked in old food and had no safety buckle. Needless to say we weren't satisfied at all, we won't be coming back as this is the location we've tried 3 times now and each time something went horribly wrong. So I decided it was time...
