7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

So there I was in Broken arrow, a city I'm unfamiliar with because I live in Tulsa and have no reason to visit BA. When suddenly I found myself in desperate need of coffee. 7 brew was right around the corner from where I was according to my phone. Little did I know how much my coffee life would change. First of all, the flavor. There hasn't been a coffee that good since Gloria Jeans in Woodland Hills Mall went under. (Sorry Starbucks, but the flavor is rich and full of depth) Secondly, the service. I was met by a woman who shares my name (Stephanie) and when I ordered my usual chai latte plus enough espresso to make you question life - she kindly asked if I'd like to try Her version of a chai latte she came up with herself. She had a brilliant mix of flavors that all worked together and I don't know what all was in it but no other coffee will ever compare to that delightful experience. Lastly, the speed!!! I had my coffee in my hand before I was done paying!!!! It was insta-coffee!!!! Magic super service coffee!! I'm running late for work but I still have time to get coffee because they're so fast coffee!!!! And I also greatly appreciated that they asked for my phone number so next time I can just tell them my cell number and they'll repeat the most perfect coffee order in the history of coffee. I tried 7 Brew Coffee for the first time Tuesday April 18th 2023 at 7pm. I ordered a small latte chiller and it was so amazing, that I went back the next night at 8pm! The first night, there were a bunch of teens working. When we pulled up me and my friend cringed. We were so wrong with our judgment because they were an absolute delight! The ones in the back making our drinks were singing and dancing to the music. The guy taking our order was full of information and happy to be of service. We told him how thankful we were to see a teen actually enjoy their job, have knowledge about the job and when we had questions, actually listening to us and answering in a friendly manner. When I went back the next night, there were only 2 workers. There was no music, so no dancing, but the young lady who took my order was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Just had the WORST experience I’ve ever had here… who ever the Brewista is here with brown hair and has an issue with fixing it every 5 seconds instead of helping us the paying customer shouldn’t be outside at all. My wife and I were just there @ 1:10 waiting in line 15 yes 15 minutes had gone by and we are still in the exact same spot and the brewista just says “oh I’m so sorry this lady had 3 orders in front of you” didn’t really seem to care that we’ve been waiting for that long.

After she started taking our order she just literally said hang on and walked away and didn’t even finish taking our order. Another dude came up and he asks what can I do for y’all…… attempted looking for our order but then said just pull forward and she’ll take care of you. After that the girl literally didn’t even remember trying to take our order or let us pay for our stuff and we asked so are you going to help us or no….?
