Bought a smok osub for 65 dollars had it for no more than five days, ran into issues concerning software malfunction, the guy in there fed me a load of bullshit and tried to pinpoint every detail I gave him to turn against me and explain to me that that is how it's working as in leaving the ecig in my car was the problem and charging it of my computer, took it back in again an hour later to speak with the boss as the guy hid behind her to be fed more bullshit and how they couldn't replace it blaming me for the problem, I'm a smoker trying to quit smoking none of that is helping me they offered to ship it back to the company it came from then continue to ask me to dump more money into the store to buy a new ecig I mean seriously customer service was absolutely terrible, IF YOU ARE READING THIS I ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, VEGAS VAPORS HELPED ME OUT AND EVEN OFFERED TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THE DEVICE I JUST BOUGHT TODAY. I was a first time customer today and not only will I be a returning one, due to them being open later than any other place I know, but also due to the fact that, even though they were 10 minutes to closing, the guy working still spent time informing me and not rushing me at all! I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall variety they offered, as well as their low prices on not only their juices, but their other vape products as well. This place probably had the biggest variety of stuff than any other place I've been. I'll definitely be back there! Noone is very friendly, i say this because youre not welcomed when you walk in. No one says a word till youre at the counter. I asked the flavors, because i couldnt read them that were on the shelf behind them. They were verbally unhappy. Another time i bought one that needed to be charge, a guy was putting together for me, a woman walked up to him, asked what he was doing he tild her and she said "thats not your job its hers, he did go ahead and do it for me. I tried again a few months later, they acted the same way so i left. I am an older woman, not young and pretty any more, who knows, maybe thats the problem. But hopes this helps.
