Update: I called the Broken Arrow location to express my concerns about my phone. I was told by the guy working the store that I should know that "these things take time." I want to be clear: I was told when I called a couple weeks ago they were running out of options and if they couldn't fix my phone I could pick it up. That is exactly what happened. I was NEVER told to give my phone more time. Instead, I was handed back a phone that was now no longer working. He even knew I left this review. Had they told me they needed more time, I would have happily agreed. I'm now stuck losing a year's worth of photos and memories. He said he would love to look at it again but I think after the way he gaslit me, I would rather take my business else where. This business has been shady since the beginning. I cannot recommend these people for anything that involves taking your phone apart. I'm certain what happened was they broke my phone and didn't know how to tell me. I am very disappointed. I would like to speak to the owner about this issue if possible because im willing to resolve this. Original review: Brought my phone in because of motherboard issues. Phone had a black screen and would turn on and could be messed with. I gave it to these guys to fix my phone and 2 weeks later left with a broken phone still. Additionally, now my phone won't even charge and I can't turn it on anymore so I worry they actually broke my phone even more than it was. I'm upset about this because there was no communication throughout this process. I had to call multiple times to check on my phone. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for sending it to them, but im very disappointed that my phone can't even be charged and used now. I was planning on using a hdmi to USB cable to connect my phone to my tv so I could see the screen and transfer all my photos from that phone to my new one and I can't even do that now. This wasn't a great experience. I'm sure they help lots of people with their phones, but unfortunately that wasn't the case with me. I came in earlier in the month to check on my phone and I overheard the guy working here talking on the phone to a customer who was upset their phone was taking too long to be fixed. So I'm in love with this place now! I called my mobile phone insurance company because my phone wasn't working. They tell me that my phone doesn't show up on my insurance, and that my insurance shows a phone I had 6 years ago. They tell me to go to Verizon to have that fixed. Okay, annoying, but doable. I get to Verizon, and after a little investigation, apparently, someone at Verizon switched my insurance to the extended warranty 4 years ago, and I never noticed. Okay, that's weird, but I should be able to get this covered under the extended warranty, correct? Wrong. I have a broken screen, so the warranty is void. Verizon suggests I go a few doors down to Cell Phone Hospital, get the screen fixed, and then come back, and they'll honor the warranty. Okay, now I'm really upset, and I have to spend even more money. Finally, I get to Cell Phone Hospital, and I explain my situation. I get a quote of a lot more than I expected (after looking on line, it's actually quite reasonable). I could have done it, but I would have really screwed my budget to do so. The gentleman here at Cell Phone Hospital asked me why I needed to get the warranty done. I explained, and he said, "hold on a sec, do you mind if I take a look, it sounds like this might be an easy fix?" I allow him to take a look, and he messed with it for a second. It WAS an easy fix that I was unaware of! He could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance of this and got me to feel like I needed to get the screen fixed. Read moreThey fixed my wife’s Apple Watch screen very nicely. They quoted me two hours, and after four hours I called to check on it. They informed me that it was done, but apparently had forgotten to call me. So I took away a star for that. Plus I felt like it was very expensive to replace the screen on an Apple Watch. It cost $150some to replace screen, when I could have upgraded to the next newer model watch for $250. I felt like they should have communicated that. Prior to just doing the repair. My experience happened the week before Xmas. So I can only imagine they were completely slammed and overwhelmed.
End of the day, they did what they said they would, and did a quality job (with warranty). It just took a few hours longer than anticipated, and I feel like they are a little pricy. I am still comparing things to 2010 though. So I could be out of line on...
