Do not put a mobile order, grub hub, door dash, post mates, or uber eats order threw this location especially closer to there closing time there so lazy to full fill that order if there is 1 minor item or maybe even just 2 items such as lettuce or frys for this example that they will absolutely refuse to just replace the item or if the customer is ok being without lettuce and replacing the fries for something else they will not do it and still refuse to get out of making that order. This is a actual iccident that occured here and from personal on the job experience working at a taco bell and even that location as well I know that they could of indeed still worked with the customer but due to lack of motivation and laziness they refused to do anything so they could leave earlier then what they was going to have to if they made that order. I am personally going to talk to the store manager about it and seeing that this doesnt happen again for the sake of keeping their customers happy and not loose business over laziness. The man made sure to include what I asked for on the receipt, and the woman eventually gave me the extra cheese I paid for, although it was after the initial transaction. However, this Taco Bell seriously needs to improve. Every visit, I request extra cheese and it's never done properly. This time, I went inside and asked in person, yet they still didn't get it right, right in front of me. Not only that, but my taco and nacho fries were seriously lacking in portions. How can a food service place skimp on what I've paid for?
If I worked there (and I have plenty of experience in food service with impeccable customer service skills), I would ensure every customer gets what they ask for, including overflowing bags with extras if requested, and full orders of nacho fries that they paid for. When i asked for extra, I ended up with barely any cheese in both of the bean and cheese burritos that I ordered. To the owner, manager, is this how business is done.
