I went through the drive thru a few days ago. The person who took the order was polite. I have no issues with the employee. When I got my food though an item was missing and the tacos were almost empty. I saw a few other reviews on here saying the same thing. I'm almost sure the franchise owner is training employees to barely use meat in the food to cut costs. That's absolutely sad and wrong. I attached pics. If you can avoid this place go elsewhere. I live 26 mi away from here & only stopped because there's not another 1 on my way home. Definitely not going back.

I've been to this taco bell 3 times. Every single time my food is wrong or missing. This time was the last straw. As you see my tacos were basically empty the my burrito was supposed to not have sour cream. Its even on the receipt. When I got home took a bite, ugh ... What do you know it had sour cream. Its really sad that the people who are managing don't even care about quality nor respect their customers to get the orders right. If it wasn't for the customers, you people wouldn't have a job.

I ordered on 3/1/24 $18.00 worth of food and found plastic in 3 of the tacos and the burrito. I called taco bell and the manager apologized and re made the order. I wanted no lettuce in my tacos and I also found long blonde hair in my food that was remade. My wife did a separate order and had hair in her food. They could have me the order right they decided to take it personal. The remade food was done on 3/2/2024. They also looked mad about the complaint and took it personal.

Do not put a mobile order, grub hub, door dash, post mates, or uber eats order threw this location especially closer to there closing time there so lazy to full fill that order if there is 1 minor item or maybe even just 2 items such as lettuce or frys for this example that they will absolutely refuse to just replace the item or if the customer is ok being without lettuce and replacing the fries for something else they will not do it and still refuse to get out of making that order. This is a actual iccident that occured here and from personal on the job experience working at a taco bell and even that location as well I know that they could of indeed still worked with the customer but due to lack of motivation and laziness they refused to do anything so they could leave earlier then what they was going to have to if they made that order. I am personally going to talk to the store manager about it and seeing that this doesnt happen again for the sake of keeping their customers happy and not loose business over laziness. In this type of business you are suppose to keep your customers happy and if the customer wanted to cancel that should be the customers choice not...

I'm rating this service 3 stars due to the woman and man at the front counter. The man made sure to include what I asked for on the receipt, and the woman eventually gave me the extra cheese I paid for, although it was after the initial transaction. However, this Taco Bell seriously needs to improve. Every visit, I request extra cheese and it's never done properly. This time, I went inside and asked in person, yet they still didn't get it right, right in front of me. Not only that, but my taco and nacho fries were seriously lacking in portions. How can a food service place skimp on what I've paid for?

If I worked there (and I have plenty of experience in food service with impeccable customer service skills), I would ensure every customer gets what they ask for, including overflowing bags with extras if requested, and full orders of nacho fries that they paid for. I've had a tough day, and the least I expected was to receive my order correctly. If you dislike your job, find something else, but get people's orders right the first time. I'm extremely...

It's funny because oddly enough, the man talking my order was nice, but not in a way that would seem suspicious or being fake. My beef isn't with the imitation beef, but rather the cheese. When i asked for extra, I ended up with barely any cheese in both of the bean and cheese burritos that I ordered. To the owner, manager, is this how business is done. I order something extra, get changed, and the extra isn't there. Why do I not get what I ordered? What's up with your employee(s)? They don't care about customer satisfaction? What's the deal here, cheese is too expensive?, that when asking for extra, it means to bluff, and say "okay you got it" charge and earn .80 more on profit? I mean we are all getting screwed by our President, and Taco Bell is also in on screwing their customers.
