UPDATE: The manager Addie came to us and personally profusely apologized for the incidents. She was VERY caring and personable. She was genuinely sorry for the lack of service we experienced. She went over and above to make it right. I highly doubt this will ever happen again. She restored our love of this place and atmosphere. Thank you Addie!💖
1st review- (now has been rectified)
Every bartender except the bar manager Addie gives great service. We have been regulars for a long time, and the last 2 times have been ignored or put on the back burner. Last time we didn't even get our food and she checked back in an hour, then offered the food free. We didn't even want it anymore. We haven't been for almost a month due to that. We decided to give it another try today, and when we arrived, I asked for a bar rag to clean the dirty table so I could actually sit down. She chose to do dishes 1st. Very disappointing service from her alone. If it doesn't get better quickly, we won't be coming back. This isn't the only bar in town. Other bars have way...
Read moreWe are down here for the Tulsa Open Bowling Tournament. Randomly chose this place. This is my kind place, local neighbor hood bar. What you see is what you get. This dive bar is Broken Arrow is now on our list to return.. The drink prices are reasonable, the food prices are better. And their food is, in my opinion, the best in the city! Smoking is allowed, but it's a bar deal with it. Personally, I don't smoke but my teammates do. So it was cool we could sit and talk and no one had to go smoke outside. Music is played a little loud off their low priced jukebox.
We ordered the Smokehouse Burger $11 which in my opinion could hang with the higher price locations. Very well cooked and seasoned. I like the cream cheese mozzarella mix. Fries were crisp.
Their special drink menu has some...
Read moreFirst off, I need to say I have no idea how this place stays open with its price point. This was an absolutely shocking experience. I got the chicken nachos for $3.50. I'm not lying when I say these were the best nachos I have ever had. He got the Pat's Burger and fries for around $10.00 and the beer was 22 oz for $2.00. We went on a Sunday. The atmosphere is of a dive bar, no problem with that. I like it grungy or first class. The smoke was the only reason I gave the atmosphere a little lower. Just a personal preference. It will not keep me from going back. Kudos to the owners and the price point! 👏 to the kitchen crew and...
