Went into a restaurant to order an entire pan of cinnamon rolls or mini cinnamon rolls Without icing. Was told she cannot do that without a manager’s approval and the manager hitch just left. Asked, do you know when he’ll be back? No, I do not. Do you know where he went when it will be back no can anybody give you the approval asked so that’s a no yes.. Asked for a district manager‘s name or a phone number don’t have one. Is this a corporate store privately on the store? I don’t know. Do you have a complaint number and or a I can call the complaint no. I asked one more time so you’re refusing to makes me a pan of cinnamon rolls without icing. Read moreMy son ordered a beefy, bacon, cheesy sandwich and I order the aloha sliders; he had a medium vanilla coke and I had a medium tea mixed half sweet/unsweet. I was pretty shocked that the price came up to $23 even with my tax exemption.
As for the taste, my son loves Schlotzsky's but he is a trendy kinda millennial and will pay extra because something is less functional but looks "cooler". That said, I didn't care for the aloha sliders which were greasy, messy and dripping with some kind of sickly sweet sauce they soak them in right in the takeout container.

We could have gone to El Viejo's at 81st & Aspen, had their large Pork Nachos, fed four people and had leftovers for later (or more likely doggie treats) and the flavor, experience, quality & price would have been better.
I am now of the opinion that I will leave Schlotzsky's to millennial yuppies like my son who enjoy overpaying simply to eat at what's considered a hep hangout/eatery for...
