NobiliTea — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I recently have a new found love for nobili and found the aquata drink back in the summer. The location the in mall never has an issue with making this drink although “it’s not on the specialty menu anymore” but the ingredients to make it and the directions are in the book to show them how. If anything they should pay close attention to people requesting certain drinks. This location in broken arrow always seems to have an issue and an attitude. I have the recipe saved because I love the drink so much I literally order it 2x a week or more. Today the elderly lady in the store told me she couldn’t make the aquata because “ I don’t have a topper to decorate it” (shes talking about the mermaid tail they stick on the lid.) confused? As I just want the drink and don’t care about the decor. Once I stated I have the recipe and it’s only a few ingredients she completely changed her attitude and told me “well I have the recipe I guess I’ll make it this one time for you” I’ve never gone to any sort of beverage place and couldn’t order a drink because it’s not on the “special menu anymore” although you have all the ingredients to do so and even a button still for it. As a company that’s trying to grow and compete with the rest of tea and drink places like Starbucks and Dutch bros and hteao and allaboutcha they should have way better customer service. UPDATE: The elderly lady removed all the recipes to make the drink I like because of this bad review. ( I have the recipe saved on my phone anyways) I hope someone stops her power trip. This is ridiculous and I will be letting everyone I come in contact know how horrible customer service she provides to the point of being petty. Charged me 16 something for a small and medium drink!!! They don't have soy milk and they barely put matcha in my drink so when I got my drink it tasted like watered down milk so when I brought that up to them, they thought only a scoop of sugar would help and told me "you have to ask for sugar"!?!! They also forgot my boba which I paid 1.50 more for!! and they still barely put any boba in my drink!!! Everything else has artificial dyes in their syrups and bobas and at this point even their teas are artificial powders. Love this place! My candy crush was delicious. I love all the different holiday drinks. The employees are always nice and very considerate. They are very knowledgeable and can tell you all of the health benefits based on the tea you choose. Can’t get enough of it!! They always know what to recommend and have so many different choices! On top of the teas they have you can add in different sugars and velocities to add in caffeine. For those who do not do well with caffeine they also have non caffeinated choices as well.

2 years later and I still feel the same way! Wish I could leave a million 5 star reviews! Great staff...
