Worst Dominos experience ever. No customer service skills by any of the employees. First their system wasn't working so I have the drive 20 minutes to the store to place my order. Then credit card machine was not working. An appoligy? I don't think they ever heard of it. I waited for 25 minutes, I got up because I saw my last pizza coming out, I mentioned 3 times to one of the employees that " my pizza its about to fall", she ignored me all 3 times and.... the pizza fell. They acted like it was nothing but the pizza was a mess, topings to the side, cracked dough,It was bad. I told them that I wasn't taking that one, so the lady who it seems to be in charge, "tell me" I have to wait for it to be re made for 15 mi with an attitude like it was my fault that I had been waiting for 25 minutes and now I don't want to wait for another 15 more minutes. Then another lady approached me and she mentioned that she was the manager so I ask for her name to submit a complaint with corporate and she proceede to thell me how it won't matter that all they are going to do is send her an email and she will call me.

Read moreMy family visited Broken Bow, Oklahoma this weekend. We had a very large group with a lot of kids. The adults planned an evening out and we ordered pizza for the kids and left them with a sitter. Since you do not deliver to the cabins, I had my son-in-law meet the driver at the Hochatown Lodge. We were in a hurry to make a dinner reservation and did not check the order before we left, assuming it was all there and correct. We were at dinner when the sitter called me to let me know that there was a pizza missing and one of our kids did not get to eat. I called the location and spoke with Brandon, the area supervisor. Brandon was FANTASTIC. He offered to deliver the pizza to our cabin. as he was getting ready to leave himself for the day, since we were no longer there to meet a driver. He did just that and even added a brownie for the kiddos. I am a district manager for a diner chain and if I lived locally, I would try to snatch him up! HE is what customer service is made of. Read moreThey accepted our delivery order over the phone and confirmed that our address was within their delivery area. After over an hour had passed, we called the store to check and spoke with employee Justin. He informed us that they now are refusing to deliver and questioned who we spoke to before. He states, “that was probably our A.I. and they aren’t supposed to verify deliver addresses.” Yeah, ok, I’m not sure I believe that but also it was Domino’s agent either way. When asked why he didn’t call us, he says that they ignore call-in orders until when they get to them later. He would have called us hours later just to tell us that he was now refusing to make the order. He offered no apology or anything to make up for their clear error, “we did everything we could”. They didn’t even pay attention to the order and we had to call them. I know expectations are very low for Domino’s in general but they now don’t feel that that have to provide basic service or keep their word. So many other options near Broken Bow, don’t waste...
