We pulled in the Drive-Thru within 30 minutes of closing. We were told at the speaker that the only options available were tacos or burritos, and that there was no beef but we could sub chicken. The lights were out and I could not see the menu so I had to ask what chicken based burritos they had (it's not what I normally order) I was recommended to get a five layer burrito and sub the beef for chicken. We decided to just order five of those to keep it simple and also got a drink. On my way up to the window I noticed that the cost was a little high, so when I pulled up I asked the associate if we were up-charged for the chicken despite them being out of beef. She informed us that when the store is at fault they do not charge, but since it was the trucks fault for not being there, they the store were not at fault. Therefore we were still being upcharged. I was wasn't sure how to respond, so my partner responded that it seemed weird that the store was claiming to not be at fault since it really wasn't our fault as the customers that we had to sub cause the store was out of an ingredient. However she cut us off and rudely asked if we wanted the food or not. When I said yes and handed her the money she slammed the window closed. When she came back with our change I told her 'hey I know that it's a late night but there really isn't a reason to be rude,' to which she rolled her eyes and said 'I'm just going to get you your money' and slammed the window again. She came back a few minutes later, she handed me back what I had paid for the food, and then abrupy walked away. I was not sure what this meant since we had asked about the up-charge and I sat at the window for a few minutes until she came back and asked what we wanted. I told her I was confused as to what happened and she said that we were being rude and then called her rude so she decided that we were not allowed to eat there. We actually happen to know the manager on a friendly basis, so we have contacted them, but I also wanted to post a review so nobody else faces the same...

I called the place to let them know I’m coming back for a refund since they didn’t hand me a receipt. I arrive again and wait inside for a good 7 min because their busy ik what it’s like working fast food but soon as I get a hold of the cashier working the window,all I said is I’m looking for a refund for my food since it didn’t have the MAIN ingredient in it. He proceeds to say it has cheese when there wasn’t at all. He then starts to explain my order was only 10$ when I ordered 2 and payed 18.70!!! Then I take the quesadillas apart without making a mess to show him there’s none then he gets to his head and walked away and said GUESS WHOS NOT GETTING A REFUND when I was polite to start. The manager then only refunded me for one of them when both were missing cheese, I didn’t care to bring up the rest because they already wasted my time and money. The worker on the window has long brown hair and male and as well as being rude he was breaking serve safe code working with AirPods in so no wonder he took offense to Nothing because he couldn’t hear anything 😂. I really hope the GM sees this and takes care of this window worker because there’s no reason at all for him to act like a child when I wanted to be in and out and not start a public...
Read moreMultiple times I’ve ordered spicy potato soft tacos and they just give you a regular hard taco with meat- they aren’t even out of potatoes because because I ordered fiesta potatoes and they came out fine. If you order a cheesy bean and rice burrito you’ll just get a couple of globs of cold hard beans in a tortilla. Girlfriend ordered a Crunchwrap today and they didn’t even put the hard tortilla in it 😂 no crunch in that Crunchwrap. To top off tonight’s visit to Taco Bell some workers blonde wig was just chilling on the counter clearly visible from the drive through lol. If you’re vegetarian/vegan beware of this location- the workers don’t care enough/don’t understand how to sub beef for beans, and see my above potato taco situation(this has happened twice.) I shudder to think of the cleanliness of the food preparation here if this is what they’re serving out. It’s fast food so it’s not like we expect perfection, but, come on.
