Subway — Restaurant in Brook Park

I don’t do reviews but I got a foot long tuna sandwich had a coupon n I ask can she put little more cheese she said no cus I had a coupon then as I looked closely at my sandwich it wasn’t even enough tuna on the sandwich to even spade on there I also had another sandwich I think she was been funny n put lil bite of cheese on there n lots of miracle whip and sweet onion sauce but little does she know that’s how My Son likes a lot of miracles whip n Sweet onion sauce on his sandwich but she didn’t even ask if I wanted a lot tho poor service I will not be back there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don’t want to do coupons at your store...

Terrible customer service. I Was the only customer ordering food no one in front and no one behind, there was two people sitting and halfway done eating their food. Lady had to be mid 30s and was just rude from the start. Didn’t even finish ordering for everyone because she kept getting nastier after each sandwich I ordered, which was only two 6 in subs (one ham &turkey with cheese, one meatball& pepperoni with cheese) and one 12in meat ball sub. Instead of being helpful, she was very impatient, rude and nasty for no reason. Will not be coming back to the restaurant again. Would not recommend this...

I rarely ever post anything and/or read reviews but my lord I HAD to post something about it. I tried the churro on snow road in brook park Ohio and it was sooooo bad!! Legit terrible; it tastes sooo much like freezer burn and old dough, the cinnamon and sugar could not even touch it trying to cover up the taste. Myself and my brother literally gagged and almost threw up it was that bad, I’m surprised my dog ate it, but they eat their own poop so it probably taste like that. What a terrible experience and will never buy one from them again, I would recommend NEVER...
