We have been waiting for this Ihop to open for what feels like years so I'm excited it's here now as we live very close by and I really want it to succeed. Unfortunately, each of the three times I have gone so far have had some issue in some way. The 2nd dine in experience my gf had ordered a Nashville sandwhich, she was given an blta sandwhich instead, we let our waitress know and she didn't take the incorrect sandwhich back, instead she brought a cup of Buffalo sauce to our table instead. We asked if we could just get a replacement of our correct sandwhich and we were told we couldn't, at the end of our meal we found we were being charged extra for the cup of Buffalo sauce as a side despite what happened as well as both sandwiches being the exact same price and unfortunately from what we were told the manager said this is how it had to be handled. In a case like this, in the end the side cost is for the most part forgettable but as company, when a mistake like this is made, 1 it should have been properly corrected and 2 the company should eat the cost, not create a mistake and then charge you extra for it, especially when you've just opened, you should be trying to make an impression and retain customers, not drive them away. My most recent 3rd visit, I went solely for a new menu item advertised online in the menu for this particular location as well as physically advertised in person at every table, the turkey stuffing meal, I was informed when I ordered that it would not be available until next week, so if I had ordered and paid online then would I have shown up and been told the same thing? So I instead ordered a pancake breakfast combo and I asked if I could substitute a meat option for an additional egg instead and I was told it would be charged as a side??

Read moreSo, so bad. Where do I begin?! Arrived around 11am on a Sunday with me and my daughter. No one greeted us at the door. Waited. Eventually someone came and told us to take an open booth. We did and waited. Saw people come in after us and get menus. Finally got up and asked if I could grab a menu. Eventually someone came and got us drinks and utensils. Took our order. We waited 40 minutes before the server came and told us that they make orders by how tables come in. So, a table of 10 who arrived just minutes before us... we would wait for our food until all of those people got theirs. We witnessed many tables arrive after us who got food and finished before we even received our food. I ordered egg white veggie omelet. It was to come with fruit bowl. After about an hour of arrival, see picture of what I received. Sad and disgusting. Fruit bowl was sad. It was supposed to be egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, topped with avocados. Just got the egg whites and spinach. I questioned where the rest of it was. Told they were out of mushrooms (just then). But, where was the rest? Supervisor came and said they would remake - no charge. Manager came over and apologized. They remade (another pic). Just so-so after all of that. The bill came but wasn't credited. Had to re-ask to remove charge. Just such a bad service. Will never return. I never complain about restaurants because I believe people are trying their hardest. Gave a $.01 cent tip to make a point. Read moreemployee stole from me* I came here with 3 friends. The server we had honestly wasn’t so bad at first, but then things shifted. Beside forgetting multiple items we ordered & talking about her co workers in front of us, I still decided to tip her in cash. Two days go by & my card was charged $8 for a tip as if she wrote the tip herself. When I know for a fact I didn’t tip her on card and I purposely signed my receipt in pink pen so there’d be no issues like this. I called the IHOP and spoke with the manager and she told me there’s nothing she can do about it?? So basically she sat and told me they’d allow this woman to steal from me and not do anything about it? When I’m a waitress myself and I know she could’ve provided better service to my situation. I told her she had to figure it out and how there’s no way she can just steal from me? I tipped her $5 in cash and she charged my card for an extra tip. Mind you my friends already tipped her 20% as well? For each person. This is beyond crazy. The manager told me she’d call me back and I never heard from them since!
