7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Brookfield

All I can say is WOW. I have never had a better experience at a coffee shop in my life (and this is literally a drive thru!!). Not only are the workers super kind, outgoing, and personable, but they move through the line faster than I have ever seen!! Im not kidding when I say I waited in a 20 car line for.... 5 MINUTES (dont worry the coffee was still OUT OF THIS WORLD)! Plus their prices are actually insane, $6 for a coffee 3 times bigger than Starbucks, YES PLEASE!!! I am so so impressed with this shop and always go out of my way to make sure I get my morning coffee from them!! They always make sure to have a conversation with me and have such a great system going with how they handle those lines (I seriously think every coffee shop should take notes on what they are doing as far as working as a team to get through those crazy rushes!). Arrived, immediately no menu for first timers to read unless you're directly next to the actual building to order (in which we were no ready). We're in the drive thru with a pretty rude staff member who had an attitude with us about our orders. We didn't feel welcomed. We didn't feel a happy encounter with this young lady. Not only that, but it was very rush rush. Mind you, 7:30pm on a Sunday, not busy, no rush, very little line (2 cars at most behind us). Can't complain about the service in which our drinks came right away, however, they both were made incorrectly. My OAT milk was dairy, my friend's had NO cream in which we ordered for cream. Rolled back around and asked for changes where they were compliant which I appreciate. Overall not the hype, their moto "Cultivating Kindness" was not reflected onto their staff. Something they cannot control is their basic menu. Disappointed in their staff, drinks, service, menu, and overall experience....

Update 10/21 lowering stars- went today. Ordered a large s’mores mocha and a muffin top. Was given a medium one- and didn’t taste anything like smores. Thought maybe she rang up wrong size so didn’t say anything until I went and viewed my rewards and saw I did pay for a large. It wasn’t busy at all wither. One other car in other lane that was there before me and gone by the time my order was done.

Love the coffee - wish they would use less ice for the price we pay. Also huge recommendation- please tell your employees to pay attention. Went this morning and went to pull up but a young girl kept jumping out in front of me with her back towards my car (numerous times)- I was scared to pull up because I was afraid she was going to do it when I pulled up. Then when time to leave a group of 5 were standing right in front of my car and took a little bit to move. They are working in a drive though type store they need to pay attention!!!! For...
