On the 17th I got in line and the “slicer” skipped me and began to take the person behind me’s order. I reminded him that I was next. He then rushed and took my order for a steak and cheese. He never asked me what cold veggies I wanted so I assumed the person that was putting veggies for the customers before me would ask. Instead this person gave me attitude for not informing the slicer as if I knew. It was my first time there. Then I said okay well it’s my first time so who do I ask now he said well you should’ve asked the slicer but I’ll take it now. So he repeated my mistake to assure that I knew what I was supposed to do. I decided to not take the food even after I paid. I don’t care that I paid. Imagine being treated as if you did something wrong for asking the person clearly in charge of lettuce and tomatoes for just that? And getting attitude for it . Maybe your employees should take one customer at a time instead of rushing. Very bad attitude and atmosphere. I would not return...
Read moreWe did an Internet order and waited the alotted time ... I arrived and spoke to the cashier.. She had one more sub but it was on the way... I requested my drinks.. Which I had to tell her what I was to get... The unsweetened tea emptied out on me and requested more ... That would be 15min... While there another unsatisfied customer was tired of waiting walked out... I twice had to remind the girls about my last sub which still wasnt being prepared... Eventually ..20 min later.. Got my food and left ... Or we thought so ... In thier rush we disnt get the complete order... JM. You lost this one today.
So why the issues ? Well to my estimate thier wasnt an employee over age 25 in the 5 people behind the counter.. There was NO adult Supervision to keep the millenials on task and in order !!! Yes they were busy... But lost track of multiple orders and had No Leadership. Employees... You get what ya pay for... Customers ... Deserve better from...
Read moreI loved Jersey mikes and have eaten there over and over. Sadly never again. I always get the number 9 with ham instead of bacon. I have done this at least 10 times. Today I was told that is not an option. I had to take the number 9 as is or order so thing else. The way I was told it was pathetic. The man at the slicer said I could not do that. I gladly would have paid more for the switch l, but instead of being told that the option was available to do so I was told ,”it was a one on one switch I can’t do”. So that’s fine. Sadly Jersey Mike’s lost a customer and a very good tipper. I bought my son and my friend lunch and refused food. Leaving 0 tip for the first time in my life. Sadly this is the first review I have ever left. Typically when you are nice to people and you take care of them they do the same to you. So good luck Jersey Mikes and good luck to the gentleman behind the slicer as he will need it much...
